Excellent customer service. I ordered a number of items from Iconic for the first time and one item arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and sent a photo of the issue. I received a quick response within a matter of a hours and a replacement was dispatched. Couldn’t fault the customer service and rest of products are of good quality and am looking forward to using them.

My bronzer arrived damaged, I emailed and sent pictures at approximately 16.00 by 17.35 Leah emailed to say a replacement has been issued! Excellent customer service and excellent product s! Things go wrong sometimes but wow the service is very impressive!!

I had to contact customer service with a small issue and Leah went above and beyond to help me and very quickly as well. Couldn't be happier.

My parcel unfortunately arrived with the box damaged. Upon opening 2 of the 5 items I ordered were missing. I emailed ICONIC LONDON straight away, they apologised and asked for photos of what I received & of the box. Within 30mins I'd had a reply of apology & confirmation of the items missing being resent to me. 😃 In all the years of being a customer this has never happened before so it's my first time speaking with customer services but I honestly can't fault the service I received! Painless and quick! Thank you Leah! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered brow pencil, brush and primer, lovely products, as a novice with a brow pencil first I've ever tryed, it felt daunting but the brows now look more filled and nice and fluffy, thanks iconic. 👍

Absolutely amazing service! I had to contact customer services, to ask if I could upgrade my delivery to express as I was going away 4 days before I ordered and didnt click next day delivery by mistake. They upgraded my big order for me and were super quick in replying to my emails. I'm so happy! All my products arrived just now and wow!, love it all fantastic products. Evri had left my parcel on my doorstep, no knock, no doorbell, no call or text, so when I went to check my tracking and saw the photo I expected it to be on my door step, which it was not, which was infuriating of course, so I email EVRI who send the same repetitive response, and eventually emailed ICONIC and spoke to Leah, I gave Leah all the information and the photo to get it sorted as quick as possible and she done exactly that, her replies were so fast, she was so kind and so professional, I also love the ‘xx’ at the end of the messages I think it’s a nice touch and doesn’t make speaking to a company feel daunting, she sorted out a replacement and refund on any out of stock items and has sorted out express delivery for me, absolute angel, had stuff from iconic before and can’t wait to get more stuff now, they don’t make customer service like this anymore, my new go to brand for makeup now!!! Ordered a few items, and received 1 damaged. Leah from customer service was amazing, resolved my issue and sent over a replacement within minutes.

I had an issue with non delivery through EVRI and once I contacted Iconic customer service to advise them they were incredibly helpful understanding and efficient and resolved the matter within 24 hours. So nice now days to get that level of customer service - well done 👏

I ordered 4 items, radiance booster, a concealer, and then a blush and lip gloss that was free as part of a deal. Delivery was fast but the bronzer was damaged. I emailed customer service and honestly have never had so much positive things to say about a customer service team. Leah replied within seconds to confirm a delivery address and within aboute minutes, a replacement was sent. Amazing products and amazing customer service. I'm so impressed as a new customer so will definitely purchase again

I love the products and the customer service is excellent. I had a little issue with my previous order and once I emailed, it didn't take them long to get back in touch with me to rectify the problem. Once all the details had been confirmed the correct order was posted the next day! Leah was great and very helpful, couldn't rate their products or customer service higher!!! Thank you

I unfortunately had a small problem with an item, however when I contacted their customer service team I received a response almost immediately and a replacement issued straight away. Can’t ask for better than that.

I contacted Iconic as an item that should have been included for free was missing from my order. I was really impressed with the response—someone got back to me almost immediately, and the missing item was dispatched within half an hour. Really pleased with how quickly and professionally it was all handled. Great service, thank you!

I love everything ICONIC, the quality and service is always fabulous. On my last order I needed a little assistance and contacted Customer Services, Leah contacted me and was so efficient everything was sorted out so quickly and confirmed by email which I really appreciated.

Excellent customer service from Leah following non receipt of my parcel….Evri appear to have mis-delivered this (evidenced from photos of parcel in some random shed/summerhouse) but after a search of our neighbourhood cannot locate it! Leah has arranged for a replacement to be sent out & ever hopeful this will appear soon 🤞…love iconic products & never had an issue with delivery before! Thank you Leah 🤩
