The pump on my iconic glow spray stopped working. I messaged at 8.30 and within 2 hours I’d had several emails and a replacement is on its way. Great customer service :)

I've only given 3 stars purely because I've wasted money several times now on the tanning mousse, 3 different occasions! 3 bottles all with the pump stops working after 2 pumps!! The colour and product is perfect, but the bottles are constantly defective!!! It's very frustrating! As it's perfect colour for me, but I'm sick of throwing almost full bottles away because the pump doesn't work 😒 the glow sprays are amazing for face and hands and feet, but you just don't get enough product to do a whole body spray!! Again great product, but in comparison to other good brands on the market, you just don't get enough product, so I'm going to try something else as I'm literally buying the spray every week, tan should last at least a month, I've completely given up on the mousse as it's just a waste of money!! Sadly as the product is really good. If the pumps weren't defective and the spray bottle was a bit bigger then I'd happily give 5 stars.

Customer Service for ICONIC is second to none. Couldn't do enough to help. Slight issue with my order and has rectified immediately. No hassle no push back no waitijg around for replies. Definitely will be shopping here again.

I love this company in general and have been a customer since they started. Recently I had 2 great experiences, 1 there was a deal glitch in thier system and the free gift had changed to something else even though I'd added the original deal. I have a lot of what was free and the lovely customer service person changed my code so I got the other free gift that was advertised even though the deal had finished. Then I had a faulty lid recently, only time it's ever happened with them and they have sent me a replacement. No questions asked. I dealt with Heather and Leah. Thank you so much:)

I’ve purchased lots from iconic over the last few years and love their products. Recently I purchased their spray set tan and after using it a couple times the spray nozzle stopped working. I emailed iconic about my disappointment and they responded straight away. A new bottle is on the way to me as I type. Fantastic products and also amazingly super efficient after care from them. Thank you ☺️

I have previously bought from Iconic and never had a problem but today I placed an order and upon confirmation receipt, noticed it was the incorrect delivery address. I notified them straight away to be told 3.5 hours later nothing they can do as it's been shipped. I checked my apple pay and it has the correct address and the one I selected. Basically they won't recify their mistake. Come on Iconic London - do better!!!

I have purchased from Iconic before and it’s always been a pleasure.

I bought 3 bronzers but when they arrived one was completely smashed.
I sent them an email with a photo and they were really quick at sending me out a replacement which I received today.

They responded to every email I sent them and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

Excellent service with regard an item that was missing from an open box when delivered by a courier. Absolutely no questions asked from iconic and the speed and efficiency, together with the politeness of customer services, is to be highly recommended. Thank you. I have an issue with the tanning product which should have lasted 3-7 days. It developed to very tanned orange-yellow colour, not an expected glow but then washed out after one day I contacted customer support but they just put it on me - the user, implying that I must have a dry skin, exfoliate too much, take hot showers, have wrong skincare routine by using serums etc. Ive used other tanning products without issues and asked them to swap it to something else. They declined and offered me 25% of another purchase which is not incentive as they regularly offer discounts and at the time had 20% off on the website. First and last encounter and would not recommend due to poor post sale customer care.

Fantastic customer service, the spray pump for the prep set and glow stopped working properly after only using it a few times. When I contacted customer services they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very understanding, quick to respond and a replacement product was sent out the same day! I already love their products but top quality customer services makes me a customer for life!

Incredible customer service!!!! I had received one incorrect item in my order and customer service replied within minutes to my inquiry and resolved the issue in minutes!!!
