ID-Workz Performance Parts Reviews

Excellent delivery time and customer service

Bought all of my Honda Civic EP3 service parts, clutch and gearbox oil at a great price. Same day collection and the ID-Workz team provided a great customer service experience. Highly recommend to everyone that needs performance car parts.

Been using these guys for the best part of 10+years, starting from Glanza modifications and parts, then Ep3 type r parts to now using them for all service parts for the Audi and bmw.

Very helpful, prompt delivery, iddy and Uzzy great guys, good work

Very competitive pricing on the fab range of millers oils, delivered in quick time with up to date order confirmation and delivery instruction. Top job will use these guys again.

Delivered within 2 days and top quality as always

Received my order within two days, can't fault that!

I find the product satisfying and the whole process of buying it including the email responses from the company helpful. Will sure buy there again when i am in need of other parts.

Very fast and reliable service and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks guys.

Easy to order, received parts quickly, good customer service

Quicker delivery than expected and couldn’t fault anything

Ordered bearing on boxing day, they were delivered on new year's eve, very good parts service I don't buy parts from anywhere else anymore, always great communication from ordering to receiving the product, punctual deliveries and quality parts!

Idrees Is very helpful on Facebook. A member of the team rang me when the parts I ordered were out of stock and already had solutions ready. Always FAST delivery. Can't ask for any more than that.

10/10 service, can always trust the boys at ID-Workz to deliver top quality products quickly!

Used these guys some years back and once again very recently for Starlet parts. Friendly, accommodating and never had any issues!

Excellent service and great product range and dispatch times …highly recommend

Asked to cancel the order a day or two after placing it online, cus I was told it was going to take a week to come. They said it had already shipped - 5 days before the eta.

There's a 20% restock fee on returns which isn't great. Also a week for some oil? Maybe have something on the website saying what's in stock/how long it would take. I didn't see anything like that on there. I mean if I'm paying 6/7 pounds for delivery I expect it pretty soon.

Also I've seen better returns policies on companies in Japan that I've bought things off. I imagine oil is a stock item so a 20% fee seems a bit unfair.
At least I've got some oil for next year, I guess.
Thanks

Buying from genuine enthusiasts always helps! I've always had the best service from the guys at IDWORKZ 😎

I phoned up about some wheels to double check stock before purchasing and I was rudely told they were on lunch and couldn’t help me until later that day. I then emailed hoping someone else would be able to help me and was told there were only 2 wheels in stock. I then proceeded to purchase the 2 wheels and another 2 of the same wheels from another company. After several emails back and forth I have now been informed that they only ever had 1 wheel in stock and the order has been cancelled. I am now stuck with 2 wheels that i bought elsewhere. I am very unhappy with the customer service provided and would advise checking stock properly before informing customers

I tried ordering a blitz nur spec r exhaust from 3 different companies until I came across ID works as no one had it in stock. They quickly put the order together and accommodated me by shipping to BC Canada. I got what I was looking for quickly and for a fair price.
I would buy from them again.
