Whole process with ID&C was amazing. The customer services were great. They went an extra mile to make sure that the product Is delivered on time the quality was amazing all in all a very good experience and will be using them again thanks once again

Quick delivery, wristbands up to market standard.

I recently placed an order with ID&C for bracelets for my event and had an absolutely horrible experience. Despite confirming the shipping address and being assured the issue was resolved, I never received my order. To make matters worse, I only found out last week that the order was canceled without any notification just days before my event. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the prior assurances.

The customer service I've experienced has been abysmal. Even when we discovered the issue, our request for a reshipment was denied along with our request for a refund for a product that was never delivered. Customized or not, the product was NOT delivered!

I am extremely disappointed with your company's handling of this situation. I demand a full refund immediately and expect a prompt resolution.

Quality products and a fair price

Ordered printed wristbands for an event, website was easy to use for design, nice quick turnaround on delivery and reasonable price. Very happy & would use again.

I was provided the incorrect color item, and offered minimal assistance. I now have 1,000 lanyards that came in orange rather than red, that I am unable to use for my publicity, and was only offered a discount on a future order... nothing to remedy the current mishap. The company needs to work on their customer service skills, the salesperson I was assigned has been nothing but rude to our company since the beginning. I will not be working with the company again.

What a great product. All of the fans loved the quality and were excited to be able to keep them as valuable memorabilia. The prices were more than fair, especially for the quality.

Excellent product, exactly as described and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. We ordered our bands with despatch in 2 to 3 days but unfortunately they weren't going to get here before my event.. After a quick phone call on the Monday before hand the employee was able to expedite the order and push it through a bit faster at no extra cost which I offered to pay but they were happy enough to help me out which meant they went above and beyond. I've used this company in the past and I was happy back then also... The only down side I have is that over the year they seem to have updated their site and removed some default patterns for the wristband base... Still... Excellent website, easy to use and reasonable prices

The customer service is awful. You can barely hear the person on the phone. This was my experience two different times. Both times, the customer service rep was not very nice either. I won’t say rude, but they definitely were not pleasant to talk to. My experience beyond that was more of just an inconvenience that seemed like it should have been more easily resolved. I needed to change the payment source after the order was place because I accidentally charged my personal credit card rather than the company credit card. I was told that because the order had already gone to production that this would not be possible. Obviously, the ability to change the payment option exists so this must just be a company policy-and it’s a stupid one. Just overall not a great experience. The bracelets at least look okay.

Poor and slow to respond, They couldn't simply repeat an order placed a few months previously, then they charge MORE than the online price, ended up purchasing online anyway, and then they responded saying they could BEAT the price.... when I said i'd already ordered, they didn't offer any discount, and THEN their courier company didn't deliver on time, and i'm STILL over a month later waiting for a refund!

Easy to deal with, fast despatch. No dramas.

Great wristbands, exactly what I was after. Very durable, the adult bands fit nicely on the kids too without any risk of coming off. Would recommend!
