Signing up for the platform was actually harder than getting verified.Scanned my ID card, took one selfie, and that was it. Got approved within a couple of minutes. No uploading utility bills, no waiting days for a human to check it which is how this used to work a few years ago and I hated it.

I have one of those old driver's licenses with a bit of wear on the corner, and usually apps reject it three times before letting me in. This one read it instantly and moved me to the selfie step without any fuss. The instructions were clear too - tilt left, tilt right, done.

One of the worst Ai identity verification tool, it won’t match your face with your id’s ever, it will keep on rejecting.

The reps are rude. Features you buy don't show up until you ask them to activate them. Constant back and forth with tech support. If you want something that just works, this isn't it.

I literally subscribed to this tool yesterday after running through the free trial. The free trial was great. However, from the first moment I generated a code, none of my users have been able to get the SMS verification code. We tried two different users in two different countries plus myself. I contacted support yesterday and today during their support hours. Their stupid robot says that the team is unavailable and opened a support ticket for me. Of course, immediately after the robot said the team is not available, it said, "I'm connecting you with a teammate now." And then the next message was "Our team is not available right now." Very, very confusing customer experience.

I'm going to cancel my account because you can't just have no support available when people are trying to conduct business, and your tool is blocking them. And then nod off to support those people when they need it during the business hours that you state that you're available.

The site sucks to use. My VPS provider asked me to verify using idenfy. What I wasn't prepared for is:
a. I tried using my desktop computer first. I don't have a webcam and they REQUIRE taking fresh pics instead of uploading them.
b. When I scanned the QR code and opened it on mobile, they told me my browser is not supported. I use firefox for android.
c. When I opened the same link in chrome, taking a picture of my passport was a nightmare. It seems that they expect me to USE A FRONTAL CAMERA to snap a picture of a document. HOW? The rear camera was mirrored in such a way that lining up a shot was incredibly difficult.

Terrible experience trying to use this piece of rubbish. They cost Hetzner a customer by making me upload my passport, my national ID and my drivers license and rejecting them all as invalid for no apparent reason.

If I see this shite again while signing up for a service I am out as soon as I see it.

Very poor. Using it for tunecore. I wonder why tunecore choose this company. I've used many other verification systems that work. But this is not automated. Verification pending. Could take up to
1 hour. Then 10 hours later session expires. Try again.

Booked a sales call with them via their booking link, which included Saturday slots. I got multiple email follow-ups reminding me of the meeting, including 1h before the call. I join, nobody's there. I email the sales rep, and I get a response comprising only of "It seems you somehow you booked a call for weekend. Please reachedule for Monday." So it's my problem that I booked an open slot in your calendar, and there's no reason to say sorry for anything? Goes a long way in attracting customers :)

I've been using iDenfy for my clients' and suppliers' AML screening as some of them are from 3rd countries.
The AML results came instantly and notifications are really convenient as I'm getting email results with new AML records!

I did the verification already, I’m Holding my Driver License and credit card but I never hear back from anyone, why are you delaying my order for so long I want it now please😭😭😭

I tried to register for a credit card, the company instructed me to download IDenfy application and to take a picture of my identity document and my face. I was surprised my registration was done just in seconds, guys are really working fast. Nice!
