I ordered dresses in 2023 i loved them, i have been trying to order again but it seems there's no new stock and their website is not in operation, can anyone explain what happened!

NO ES FIABLE
Le pongo una estrella porque el producto es buena calidad. Pero realmente no merece ni una sola estrella.
NO RECOMIENDO esta tienda para nada, me gasté 76€ en un pedido, eran 3 pantalones, quise devolver 2, cuando voy a correos me dicen q me cobran 26€ por devolverlos ( esto es denunciable por qué en la página y en la política de devolución nunca dice que los gastos de devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente ) me pongo en contacto con ellos para que me den una explicación y nunca me contestaron, decidí pagar los gastos de devolución para al menos recuperar algo de la compra, ahora me doy cuenta que me devolvieron el paquete y no se sabe porque, nadie responde nada, he perdido 76€ + 26€
Nadie me responde, nadie dice nada.
Ahora que me meto a esta página me doy cuenta que a otras personas también les pasó lo mismo

Ordered on the 26th October. Still no item received. Sent a number of emails and 2 contact forms on the website and A
still nothing. Had 1 reply after 6 weeks saying a tracking number will be sent in 3 days. 4 weeks later still no tracking number. Asked for the items to be delivered or a refund and just no response. Will be reporting to the police as a fraudulent website scamming innocent people of of their money.

Fuyez ce site est une vraie arnaque !
Une mauvaise expérience sur ce site.
Après 4 mois d’attente et de relances incessantes, j’ai enfin réussi à obtenir le remboursement de mes deux maillots de bain.
Les retours sont à votre charge soit 13€, ça peut dissuader des personnes à ne pas faire de retour.
Malheureusement avec ce litige qui a quand même été réglé, je ne recommanderais plus sur ce site et je ne vous le recommande pas.

I have already provided my order number and email information. They keep asking the same information again and again. Ifyooou is not serious, sincere and just pretending as if it is caring. Not honest! Stop asking the same information. That s shame.

Nice dress
Bought 2 dresses , I’m a size 14 so ordered large they fit perfectly and quality is good so glad I didn’t go by all the bad reviews, will definitely order again soon
