I ordered dresses in 2023 i loved them, i have been trying to order again but it seems there's no new stock and their website is not in operation, can anyone explain what happened!

La mia prima esperienza…
Ho effettuato il primo e ultimo ordine con Voi. Il vestito che ho ordinato mi e' stato inviato di taglia errata ( XL anziché M). Per avere il rimborso devo rispedirlo a mie spese in Germania ed i costi per le spedizioni estere sono sempre elevati. Non mi sembra corretto che per un Vostro errore io debba sostenere delle spese

Oggi ho ricevuto il Vs rimborso. Apprezzo il fatto che abbiate considerato che il problema sia sorto da un Vs errore e abbiate rimediato.
Vorrei però suggerirVi di appoggiare i resi presso un recapito in Italia perché i costi per le spedizioni estere sono abbastanza elevati, oltretutto i resi sono a carico dei clienti.
