IgluSki Reviews

Good service and all objectives met

Ben has been great from start to finish. Honest answers to many daft questions from me.

Always a top notch experience with the team here. Paul has helped us book a few great holidays and is our only point of contact when we are heading to the mountains.

Dec was very helpful and efficient and gave us a good price. No fuss, no faff, just a top class service. This is the second year we’ve used igluski and we’d definitely recommend them.

The sales person was very helpful to find a holiday fitting my limited budget with everything included. He answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision very quickly.the booking process was immediate.

We have used Iglu ski for many years. The staff have always been very helpful courteous and knowledgable. This year was no exception.

Excellent service from Ben and Lee at Iglu. Ben was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Smooth booking process.

Ben was fantastic!! He checked multiple options for me and got me a fantastic price!!

Easy to book. All members of the team were very helpful. We are returning customers as skied with iglu ski last year and had a great time.

Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills. This was demonstrated by him, unprompted, taking time post call to collate previous bookings together on a loyalty scheme for our benefit.

First time I’ve booked with Iglu and everything has been great. Dec was very helpful, the booking process was easy which I did over the phone and the booking confirmation came through quickly. Iglu had better flights available from Edinburgh and great prices for the overall holiday than my usual holiday company. Will definitely book with Iglu again.

Jack Denn was very helpful

Booking dealt with politely and efficiently

I continue to use Iglu ski for my ski holidays as have knowledgeable advisors (Leo was excellent again this year) and competitive pricing.

I have not used this company previously, however, the exceptional service from Joe, I would highly recommend the company and if you do decide to use them, give Joe a shout, explained everything perfectly and his excellent customer service made booking quick easy and convenient. Thanks Joe Copping-Howard, let’s hope I get to Ski!

Good experience Adam was very professional looking up alternatives for the trip I was planning getting us the best price to suit our requirements.

Seb listened to our request for a skiing holiday, made enquiries as it looked like one room short, communication was excellent and he was friendly and reassuring ensuring all needs were met and the booking process correct. Thank you!

Jack was a consummate professional. He was obviously an experienced skier and immediately had a deep understanding of what I was looking for in a ski trip. He guided me to the perfect solution and he is a credit to IgluSki

Iwan and the team have been really easy to deal with and have found me an amazing holiday in a resort I’ve not been too for 10 years at a great price! They were super attentive to the needs of a big group, thank you for all of your help!
