IgluSki Reviews

All of the Agents at Iglu Ski have been extremely helpful. On the latest occasion I dealt with Paul Easton, who was very helpful. He knew the resorts very well, having worked in those particular resorts, and so could guide us us and offer excellent advice on where to stay.

Seb and iglu have been amazing thank you

Jack was great from beginning to end with the whole booking process. Even when we changed our minds on the accommodation choice and the number in our party.

Simple process from start to finish.

Great advice and knowledge
Definitely my first choice for ski holidays

Seb was very efficient in contacting me to discuss my enquiry, listened to requirements and where there was flexibility to pursue alternative options. He acted diligently to see what was possible to meet my requirements. In a couple of conversations and email exchanges, I booked what I wanted. Sometimes, the websites and pre-canned options don't fit the bill and so really pleased with how Seb/Iglu are willing to solve to win the business. Have used before and won't hesitate to use again!

Friendly, informative and responded quickly when I had questions.

Got a good deal. A slight hiccup on IT which was with a system further down the chain but IGLU kept me informed and processed our data as soon as it was possible. Dec, who was looking after our holiday, was helpful throughout the booking process including dealing with a couple of challenges I threw at him. Overall a great experience through the booking process.

Simple, and when I requested feedback it was also provided in a timely manner.

Very helpful and efficient service. Was able to hold our booking until I finalised numbers for our group.

Really helpful agent, made the booking easy - hard to find a single holiday these days at a reasonable price and Iglu did well!!

The booking process was very easy over the phone, Adam took my booking, found me the best price. I’ve booked my last few trips with IgluSki.

I always book with Iglu - they are consistently efficient and friendly and always work hard to get the best deal.

Great booking experience

I have used Leo from Iglu Ski for the last couple of years and he was was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assisting our group find the package that suited us for price, quality and best conditions. I thoroughly recommend him and his company and will use him in years to come

A good chat with Joe at IgluSki, holiday booked successfully and quite straight forward. Only 'downside' was I emailed a query which no one got back to me about. It wasn't a major issue but it would have been nice to get a reply. Once I'd studied the messages however, it was self explanatory.

I always have a good experience booking via Iglu. They provide clear information and options having the expertise to support my needs. On this occasion I was supported by Leo and Paul. Both were excellent and knowledgeable.

Jack went above and beyond to help with our booking, he was polite, extremely patient, and had great communication skills

Iwan was knowledgeable and patient with my enquiries for a group booking with a long list of requirements. Luckily he was able to accommodate almost all of the items and so we are happy to book our annual package holiday with Igluski. Dec who took payment was also friendly.
