Typical anti piracy starving company, they as for subscription for everything, they don't deserve a half buck.

[fl studio] image line est très super pour faire la musique mais ce qui me pousse à donné 2 étoile est que l'interface de ce logiciel est très compliqué il n'a jamais été facile pour les débutants sur tout au niveau de l'enregistrement audio c'est très difficile pas de raccourci donc il faut que les développeurs essaye de faire quelque chose

if you could give 0 stars you would have.
they put small external subscriptions into the package you buy, and then they just deduct from your account, and when you write in and say you don't want all that stuff, they only refund half the amount

and then they have made a rule that means you can't cancel the basic package itself, and I have completely lost my desire for music after this. so f.... this company, stay away and buy logic pro instead, much better than fl 😂👍

229€ Für eine Lizenz bezahlt und 80€ für eine Cloud und beides wurde ohne Grund gesperrt seit Monaten , Kontaktaufnahmen sind quasi nicht möglich, Tickets werden nicht beantwortet erst nachdem man einen Paypal Fall eröffnet wird Kontakt aufgenommen und mit Falschaussagen versucht Paypal zu beeinflussen.

Image-line don't adhere to contracts with legitimate customers, which means they are indicted.

Basically, they only care if you make them "look good". Which says a lot.

i bought a licence and my beats still suck ass

Genuinely the worst customer support I've EVER had to deal with, they will lie, delay you on purpose, flag your account for no reason and delay you even further, I've had THREE support tickets open for almost a month regarding my license suddenly disappearing and they haven't replied or acknowledged a single one, ridiculous company, complete waste of money.

Paid for the software but not being allowed to use it because my email is unverified BUT no one is sending me this email.

I used more than one email address and found the same problem across the board. So the issue is with this company and this is the second time they are ripping me off by taking payment and refusing the product.

Do I need to pay your office a personal visit to get assistance or will you wake up one day and fix this bollocks??

I bought a lifetime license for an online mastering service called CloudBounce a few years back. The service was bought up by Image Line and unceremoniously shut down. The kicker is that this service could run offline, but with the CloudBounce servers down, the license validation will no longer work. Long live Free and Open Source Software, down with these parasitic companies.

I created a beat, which took 6 hours to make, and honestly, I was super proud of it. Finally I had something that sounded good, and my whole family agreed. Then it happened, I saved my project, closed fl studio. But when I came back, I found out that I couldnt open up my file! Apparently you have to buy a 230£ LICENCE, JUST TO OPEN IT! What's the point of even being able to save it, if you cant open it again! Waste of time, waste of money. The least they could've done is give me a warning, or atleast let me listen to the beat, but NO. Never using this program again.

I would really like to try before I buy... but my trial doesnt work and there is no way to get some help from them. Really frustrating and very disappointing.

how they went from free and great to rip-offs. first having free music made for years, then suddenly the 2025 popups line expired while I was free, free is exactly what I needed so I don't have to have so much junk. I can no longer click and paste, now I always have to copy and paste. half of the plugins no longer work. So from the best music program to requiring full versions, assholes

They just REMOVED MY LICENSE and DELETED MY ACCOUNT after years being a loyal user to them with no explanation whatsoever. A lot of other ppl said "don't buy from FL Studio", and "all of sudden they deleted my account". Sadly I chose to ignore those warnings, thinking that wouldn't happen to me. But today it just happened : (

Very easy to use, stable, great gui, stock plugins, everything you need + free updates.

Ive had Fl studio for over 10 years now and I constantly deal with HOURLY crashes which really stops my creativity in its tracks when i have to go back every 20 minutes and redo the last 5 to 10 minutes of my work over and over every hour every day. I cant even close FL studio without it crashing 100% every-time without fail (I save and exit the software and EVERYTIME it will freeze and crash without fail, its actually ridiculous. new updates bring new glitches, upgrading the software caused me to have to reset all my libraries and lost all my projects from my old FL studio.
My advice is to learn abelton instead and avoid all this rubbish that is fl studio.

I use to write in complaints about it every-time and always got told to "just update to the newer version" but that brings newer glitches Eg: The new one I'm dealing with is, anything I route to my mixer track will not stay there, I constantly have to re-route things and then other things will follow it, like a sample I'm not using will route itself to that same channel and they will both move mixer channels together and its insanely frustrating and then 5 minutes after that, it will crash and i'll have to back track on what I've been making over and over and over. multiple times and hour, every day, without fail. but I'm glad to see I can now pay more money for cloud services and I'm sure image line has their priorities straight and are DEFINITLY focusing on customer happiness and not squeezing as much money as they can out of everyone.

this software is insanely broken and i wish i never bought it and bought another software and learnt that.

I am a Mac user and had the old trial version on my system as FL does not work well with Mac’s. So as I wanted to work with friends who all have PCs I looked and had to upgrade the version, for this I entered my card like a dummy and when the upgrade was complete the card was debited and the licince activated. I immediately emailed image line who were steadfast in telling me NO they will not refund me.

The worse thing is this daw is still broken for macs so if your a Mac user test it first but don’t fall for the tactics they deploy with continuously asking for a card. My system basically stopped and would not move on unless I put a card despite the website promise for a free demo with no deadline.

I don’t see the problem here but a very bad company deploying tactics that are from the dark ages.

They should not be allowed to sell a product that is not fully functional, I mean you can’t even adjust the size of the main window it’s stuck open. Anyone with a Mac will tell you that is key about Mac’s, the freedom.

Stay away spend on something that works.

J'ai téléchargé la version d'essai ... Sûrement que ce logiciel est très bien toutefois il est vraiment illisible ! Je suis vraiment déçu car en plus il est incompatible avec le narrateur Windows ou tout autre logiciel de lecture d'écran. Il ne tient par ailleurs pas compte du mode contraste élevé de Windows. Bref, déesinstallation immédiate.

Totaly bad. I bought the producer edition. And almost each plugin or effect I use it asks me to buy it. Even the basics for anyone who wants to record or play a guitar. I don't mind buying it. but the plugins and effects are half price of the DAW.

I wish I did't waste my money.

My biggest gripe of all time is when companies take advantage of their buyers. Spending hundreds to get the program and then having to pay more with subscriptions... I ALREADY BOUGHT YOUR PROGRAM. Also pro tip, whatever you do don't get beginner version it's practically useless and revokes many features for no inherent reason, making you pay more for a better version in the future.

Fl studio rocks!
