they refused customer service over one single word of profanity, refused to help me again, and closed my ticket, I lost all my project files for a placement opportunity and I cannot get them back, i will be going to better business bureau if they won`t help me again.

I don't understand those bad reviews, i've been using Fl studio since 2013 and i can guarantee that is completely worth it. Tried Ableton but i didnt like it, i get used to the loop system that FL studio has

Seit Jahren FL Studio-Nutzer. Meiner Meinung nach die mit Abstand beste DAW auf dem Markt für so ziemlich alle Bereiche. Kostenfreie Lifetime-Upgrades runten das ganze perfekt ab. Weiter so!

DAW of Choice! The software is easy to learn and allows us to be creative and achieve our ideas in the studio. For anyone starting out or for top professionals - this software is well worth the time.

I don't know what is up with the other reviews but image line team is always available on the forums. I have dealt with bad customer service of other VSTs and software companies in the past and I would say that very few actually actually respond to the mails, let alone have an active forum dedicated for it's users.

Virtually no customer support...
Was told to send a diagnostics zip. file for them to research my issue...
This was more than a month ago...

Have had issues with their support before and the FL studio fanboys don't help even one bit, since the only substantial thing they can say is "well then start using Ableton or some other crappy DAW..." Very helpful...

Despite never using their software and not needing it, they charged me $300 and refuse to refund it!

They claim that there was a way to trial the software, which naturally is obfuscated so that customers are tricked into paying hundreds of dollars for something they might never use.

Ich benutze FL Studio (PC) schon seit Jahrhunderten, äh, ne, geht ja noch gar nicht (hahaha). Habe schon damit angeFUNKt, als es noch ne billige Sequenzer-Software war (2004). Und selbst da war ich schon im Producer-Rausch !!! Es ist für Einsteiger & Profis gleichzeitig gebaut worden. (Intuitiv-Modus) Warum? Weil man als Einsteiger sofort intuitiv begreift, was man machen muß. Keine nervigen, unverständlichen Manuals durchlesen. Als ich dann ca. 2019 mir die Producer-Edition gegönnt habe, war alles perfekt ! Unendlcihe Weiten, äh, unfaßbare Möglichkeiten. Mittlerweile hab ich mir gratis die Fl-Studio-Version inkl. FREE FLEX Plugin gesaugt und aktiviert. FLEX = GEILES TEIL !!!

i own and use Fruity Loops 20 producer edition & had a few probs in the past which nearly made me want to switch platform because the standard producer plugins are more built for electronica type music & the good sounds are pretty passive and need alot of EQ... prod edition is great for recording & you can make some fairly decent music & beats but after recently buying Sawer PoiZone & toxic biohazard with a 30% discount ive started to make way better music with much less effort, still costed £180 for the 3 but ive found it to be a good investment after pondering for months.... i aim to buy everything i like in FL bit by bit.. i still need some elaboration on my account saying i can buy Sytrus though as i already own sytrus with the producer pack?, if its a big expansion or an overhaul version id be in. Flex is good but isnt great but if this gets read by Image line Please bring out a better version called Flexxtra or something for the paying customers of fl just so we dont get the same as the demo version of flex!!

I've had an Image Line account for probably 10 years, and I've bought several plugins from them and FL Studio. All of a sudden, I can't log in to my account. I contact Image Line about this and they repeatedly ignore me; constantly closing my ticket without answering my questions. WORST CUSTOM SERVICE EVER! I will go out of my way to never use their software again. Never buy Image Line.

Buyers beware. This company has not customer service and if you ever have the unfortunate idea to give an honest opinion about their poorly designed mobile app, their developers will go about trying to attack your comments and be very dismissive. This is beyond terrible and akin to harassment on some cases. As soon as you have paid, their true colors show : you will discover all their support is is really a message board where they censor any criticism with 0 actual technical support.

Imageline has a very very poor customer service "no contact from them and or time delays and hold ups".
