Amazing work from the guys.... fitted the air source pump and solar and everything went to plan. Guys cleaned up and I appreciated the job done.

I recently had an air source heat pump installed by Impact Energy and had a great experience from start to finish.

The team were professional, friendly, and kept me well informed throughout. The installation was done to a really high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy.

The system’s been performing really well and I’m very happy with it.

I have previously use Impact before for an upgrade to air source heat pump. I’ve gone back to them and purchased solar panels. So easy to deal with they were fitted in a day. Full explanation of what I needed to do with my energy supplier.Which documents they would need ect. How it works. Very clean working not an ounce of mess left. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Avoid this company. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

They came out, surveyed the whole house, took photos, and led us to believe everything was going ahead for free loft insulation under the grant scheme. We were told it was approved and progressing, especially due to a health condition in our household (asthma), which made it even more important.

Then suddenly the story changed — we were told it had to go through a doctor, and after that we heard nothing. No updates, no communication, no follow-up. We were completely left in the dark.

Because of this delay and lack of communication, we missed the opportunity to go elsewhere while funding was still available. It now feels like they prioritised quicker and easier jobs while leaving ours hanging.

To make things worse, after all of that, they came back offering for us to pay and finance the work ourselves, which completely defeats the point of the grant they originally pushed.

Overall, we feel misled and let down. If they had been honest from the start or kept us informed, we could have made other arrangements. Instead, we’ve been left back at square one.

Would not recommend.

Had Solar panels installed recently and would highly recommend this company. Work was very efficient and to a high standard. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to seeing a reduction in my energy bills.

Had loft insulation and internal wall insulation. Really happy with the work. Brilliant customer service..house feels alot warmer!

Used Impact energy to switch my boiler to an air source . Mkyle was great he explained step by step what would happen . Run really smooth would definitely recommend !

We had solar and battery installed, really helping with my fuel bills. Love that I can see what I am saving and what I am using, made me more aware to save money, installers were great and love Yorkshire Tea now!!!

Had a heat pump and solar pv fitted , can not recommend these guys enough saved me loads of money and the guys who fitted were really polite and helpful !

The Moldova insulation & plastering team that Impact Energy use are probably the hardest working, conscientious, polite and top quality tradesmen that I have seen in the last 20 years - their work left me warm, happy and they tidied up like they had never been in my property - can't recommend them enough.

Initiated the process through our energy provider, Octopus.
Had various phone calls from various people at Impact Energy. In the end Peter got a grip of it all and we communicated with emails, and that worked well from then on.
After a few weeks had a visit from the surveyor who informed us the attic was insulated enough, well over 6”. So it was the cavity wall insulation to be done. Ours is a 1899 semi type of house. He stated that we would definitely feel the difference. Also told us the installers would need scaffolding because of our conservatory.
A few more weeks it then all came together and in the one week scaffold went up, installers in quickly followed by the extractor fitters and then the trickle vent fitter. All good lads polite and tidy workers, considering the job they had to do. Scaffolding came down couple of days later and all in all we are very happy with the process and Impact Energy. Thanks.

Central Heating system and Insulation
Just wanted to say thank you to Jacob and the team who installed the CH etc for my sister in March. The team were very thoughtful and efficient as my sister was very poorly at the time. They did a fantastic job for her and very quickly. Jacob was so kind with the paper work as well and helped make it so easy. I would highly recommend the whole team and wish them well in the future.
