Had my blinds fitted today really happy with them staff polite and didnt take long tocome fit after measureing wouid recommend.

From first contact to the fitting I found Impress Blinds to be courteous helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the job that they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Terrible customer service, flimsy cheap blinds that broke on first day! I paid £580 for 3 blinds that broke after first use! I have a guarantee and rang and sent email with pictures of broken blinds, as I was asked to do and haven’t heard from them since ,they are ignoring all calls and messages! They don’t even deserve one star!!!! I see they have left a comment lol that they have contacted me , such liars , I check my emails every day and as of yet no response! I am unable to comment to their reply on here . Do not USE THESE PPL , THEY ARE LIARS AND CON PPL! I sent numerous emails with pictures of broken blinds , that broke on the first day , like they asked of me over the phone! Been over two months and still no response! One of their guys lol who came to measure up lol didn’t even have a clue on how to measure and had to be shown how to measure by a neighbour!

Had my whole house done today . I cant believe how quick they got fitted the man was lovely too . Great price and great quality too . Very very pleased with them . I would definately reccomend others to choose impress blinds . Thankyou very much 🙂 my sister will be in touch shortly for a quote on hers .

Impress blinds, supplied and fitted 10 blinds in my house, including 2 large bay windows.
From the guy who came to measure, the admin staff( when I changed my mind as to which pattern I wanted) to the guy and lady who fitted them .. amazing, pleasant, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Very professional company, very reasonable, and highly recommend.

Had 6 blinds fitted today and I love them, especially the wooden blinds with tapes. Great service, especially from the fitters, and great prices too. Highly recommended!

No pressure to buy, if you want them OK, if you don’t that’s OK too.
Came to fit blinds today, 7 in total. Beautiful quality blinds, fitted expertly. Cleared away all packaging left everything tidy.
