Excellent service and a perfect install
I had a HiVision GL40 3-channel 3-way dash cam fitted at In Car Music and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
I dropped the car off at 11am and it was all done by 14:30 – fitted perfectly with a very tidy and neat job. The lads also took the time to show me how to operate everything through the app on my phone, which was really helpful.
I now have real peace of mind every time I drive, knowing I’m properly protected if anything happens. Great bunch of lads and a very professional fitting service.

From the beginning to the end, everything was professional. I got replaced the head unit that I was lookig for. From day one the staff were polite, knowlegeable and caring to make want to come back again. I will definetely recommend.

recently visited inCarMusic for a PCO taxi dashcam installation, and overall the service was very good. The team was friendly, helpful, and the installation process was smooth and professional.
However, one staff member (a guy with glasses) was quite rude. Every time I asked a question, he responded in a dismissive and irritated way, as if he was annoyed. He didn’t explain things properly, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also noticed him behaving the same way with two other customers while I was there.
Aside from that, the rest of the staff were polite, approachable, and provided great service. If customer service were consistent across the whole team, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

These guys really know their stuff. Great communication before my sub install with flexible booking arrangements when my plans changed at the last minute. The install was done quickly and to a very high standard and they took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Brilliant. Thanks

Absolutely brilliant service from In Car Music. They fitted a new head unit to my VW Polo and the whole experience was excellent. I called at 4pm and they had me booked in and fitted by 9am the next morning. They took the time to walk me through all the features and made sure everything was set up properly. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended!

My mercedes cle car radio quality was very low at high volume i did a Google search and phone in car music i got intouch with them went there in person the gentleman listened to the radio and he recommended me 2 options i went for the better quality that same week the job was done, I would to say anyone looking for a better more upgrade sound in your car give in car music a call they're very professional and gets the job done in couple hours good service and good quality products overall I am 💯 percent pleased.

i had a ghost immobiliser fitted to my JAECOO 5 and theses 2 brothers know there stuff . the work carried out is first class. they showed me everything i needed to know . and waited until i new how to disarm and arm this immobiliser nothing was two much trouble.
so if you are looking for a first class service look know further theses guy's are brilliant and at a fair price.
i would like to thank them both and i'm going back to have a amplifier fitted.

These guys know exactly what they are doing upgraded my bmw series 1 screen to android auto and fitted new speakers in my front doors very helpful friendly and efficient service very good quality and prices and set up my android auto and made sure everything was working as it should before I left absolutely amazing service would highly recommend them

I went to the shop today to buy a car play a salesman named fraud wasn't there but I spoke to a very nice intelligent and patient man called farouk.that man didnt try and sell me a car play he came out to my car and patiently sat there mucking about with the car play he sorted it out I was doing something wrong he showed me how to use use the system.he didn't fob me off to make money by saying my system was knackered.but helped me genuinely I can't thank you enough my friend for all your help he could have mugged me off buy trying to sell me one of his car plays in these hard times we all need to help each other thanks again farouk it was a pleasure for me to give that man a tip for all his help.a proper gentleman.andrew austin
