Inghams are capable and proficient, but the hotel was disapointing. Great location, clean and presentable but the set evening meal offered no choice and at 3 out of 6 nights inedible. Marketed where the "quality and quantity of the food served is often singled out for praise and the reason many return to this hotel" is a gross misrepresentation and would be the single reason never to return. The "charming Garcin family" never made their presence known - instead it was a faceless corporate entity.

Ingham's were amazing, both booking the holiday and the team whilst we were in Levi. They pieced the holiday together based on my requirements and even added further activities whilst I was out there when I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. They are an exceptionally organised company, great value for money and would definitely book with them in the future and will recommend to all my friends/family.

The whole holiday was amazing! The wilderness hotel in Muotka was very friendly yet professional. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, whether reception, bar staff or kitchen staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic with loads of choice too. Rooms were modern and clean with easy heating controls and great showers in the bathroom.

This was the worst customer service I have received to date from any travel company. The hotel were incredibly rude and made our stay feel awful. We felt unwelcome and were publicly ridiculed by the waiting staff. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome by a hospitality establishment. I would expect more to be done by inghams as the travel provider to support guests going through this situation. When we complained about the service in the hotel to the resort manager they called the hotel and discussed the issues we were having. The outcome of this was a call back to us, the paying customer to state that the hotel would not offer even an apology and found us to be rude guests. No more effort from Inghams representatives were made to rectify the issue. We were left with the knowledge that we were unwelcome in the hotel on day 3 of our 7 night stay. The issues with the hotel overall were left totally unresolved and left us feeling so unwelcome for the rest of the week. Incredibly disappointed. The hotel was dated and the shower in our room was broken and flooded our bathroom and into our bedroom every night. The hotel is also located to a very loud road that kept us awake most nights and there was a very distinct smell of fish constantly from outside if you had your window open. We would expect more from a 4* hotel. The hotel that was sold to us on the Inghams website stated mayerhofen - this hotel is not located in mayerhofen. The links for accessing the wider ski area were poorly explained by both inghams and the hotel. The only obvious bus that was advertised was the ramserhof bus service which is very unhelpful as it terminates at 5pm. Upon arrival at the hotel on our first night more information regarding how to get to mayerhofen would be what we would expect at a bare minimum. This was a special trip for my family as a 60th celebration for my mum and dad and was completely ruined by such poor hospitality from both the hotel and Inghams

Inghams were amazing. All staff from the UK to the resort were really helpful. I don't think I could have picked a better company to travel with and I'm normally not a fan of package holidays. Would 100% recommend and will be booking again.

I have used Inghams for a many years of holidays. Every time they have been clear, informative and helpful from booking to through travel and hotel arrangements. Their information has always been accurate and honest. A rare but welcome quality from a web based supplier. Personal contact is still easy by direct phone line and staff always helpful.

WOW. From start to finish our holiday was fantastic. Do not hesitate to book Hotel Champoluc. Although a 3 star its NOT. Amazing food inc afternoon tea. The staff are amazing and friendly. Ski in and out (on a black run). Only negative is resort not great for beginners but amazing for Intermediates. Ski shop under hotel were excellent. Shop and places to eat just down the road. Perfect location.

Inghams are top notch, from the moment they pick up the phone to assist with a holiday booking until the moment the chalet host says goodbye. A fabulous experience and very reasonably priced.

Great ski area, but you can't predict or control the weather. However we could rely on the Ingham's team to provide us with lots of information and make sure that everything went as well as it could even when conditions were poor. they made sure that we enjoyed our holiday and looked after everybody throughout the stay.
Efficient and friendly people.
Of course you'd always like a ski holiday to be a bit cheaper and a ski apartment to be a bit more luxurious!

Excellent holiday all round. Everything worked well, people were friendly and I had a thoroughly good time.

From booking to resort, in resort and to returning home Inghams service and information was excellent. The Terra Nova Hotel in La Plagne was excellent and we have no negative comments.

First ever ski holiday with the family and it went perfectly. Justine and Alma are a great team. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We’ve just been to Lapland with Inghams and they really could not have been more helpful! From initial booking and making some changes, through altering flights to help us. Then supporting us with a medical incident. Each team member was great - friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. We had a fabulous holiday

The Inghams team are all excellent, from the chalet staff, the catering team and the transfer support received. Super friendly and knowledgeable team.

Just back from skiing. 10 people, multiple departure airports. Sestriere/ Hotel Savoy Edelweiss.
Inghams (Rachael, Atlanta, Katie on chat) did a great job with coordinating the booking including substitutions and additions along the way. Great hotel and value.
I should probably score lower because Turin airport is thoroughly disappointing but Geneva and Toulouse are also poor with the influx of UK skiers.
