We picked a premium hotel and had high expectations. The luxury hotel and spa package was excellent and fully met our expectations for a high-quality, premium ski holiday. We would definitely book again. Communications and in-resort support from Inghams is great.

Excellent week in Soldeu with Inghams - and their Rep Peter. He made the holiday by being supportive, informative and regularly available - but never bothering us at all. He is very good!

I have been twice on holidays in FinnishLapland with Inghams, and each time it was perfect!
From start to finish, brilliant holidays very well organised and worthit. I would highly recommend Inghams holidays as you can be sure you will be well looked after. The travels are smooth, the hotel transfers, the activities, the accommodations, everything is perfectly well organised. Go for it!

Have used Inghams several times for Finland skiing holidays and consistently good service and value for money. Most recently a 2026 trip to Levi - all very good from the Jet2 charter flight to Inghams resort staff who were both plentiful and available (8 hours-a-day in our hotel reception). Recommended.

Overall as expected. Efficient, no general issues in travel, top resort, Cervinia, helpful reps.
Avoid the Serenella Hotel at this time unless they change the family run set up and the chef is replaced. Food is mediocre at best. Very hit and miss.

Turin airport needs to wake up and restart their security software as they seem to have major issues with their technology and ability to get people past their secondary security. The plane was delayed by 30mins due to security incompetence.
Apparently it’s a running joke at the moment, hence we started boarding earlier than expected as our flight crew new what to expect.

We've just spent the week in Saariselka and what an experience. Our favourite trip we've been on by far. Skiing was definitely a big focus for us but the additional activities were were able to do was also amazing.

Special thank you to our rep, Matt, who let us know we should head outside to see the aurora on our final night. Without the heads up, we would have missed them.

First trip with Ingram’s and first time using the train for a ski holiday. Excellent value for money and customer service. Transport was seamless. Hotel was excellent, staff lovely. Will definitely use Ingham’s again.

Excellent over the phone service finding an excellent second choice hotel in preferred resort which turned out to be cheaper than first choice but with better sauna/jacussi/steam room, breakfast, apres ski cakes and amazing gourmet 5 courses dinners!! Plus daily hotel minibus to lift - there and back!

Transfers were smooth and high quality. Noema our rep was really helpful. Great holiday in Austria. The hotel was excellent. Going half board you’re always apprehensive about the food; however, it was lovely with good choice.

Just back from a ski holiday in Morzine France. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and I thought it was excellent value for money. Hotel was first class and the food quality was exceptional. I would make Inghams my first choice when choosing a ski holiday again.

We went on a ski holiday with friends organised through Inghams. Cannot recommend them enough! Easy flights, transfer, accommodation, skiing - you basically don’t have to think because they have everything sorted for you!

Previously used Crystal for years, but split departures with a group no longer offered !, so thought we’d try Inghams.
Everything was superb !, resort rep Ryan (Selva Val Gardena) was brilliant with updates on conditions, tips on pistes etc.
Hotel Antares was top-notch in all respects.
Will always use Inghams in future.

We have no complaints about Inghams or Ali, who was outstanding in her responses to any queries before we left and while we were there. Titan Airways, however who flew us to Grenoble and back from Chambery were late on both legs of the flight and did not start in-flight service until shortly before we landed, making it challenging to drink a coffee before landing. Announcements made by the crew were inaudible and there was no duty free on offer (our friends who holidayed with us flew from Edinburgh with Jet2 and got a great deal on gin on the return flight). I suggest that Inghams use another carrier if they can. The flights were what let down an otherwise excellent week at Alpes d'Huez.

The overall hotel and resort were fantastic but we might as well have booked this ourselves as the Ingram’s staff completely forgot about our group of 9 people.

The only time that we saw an Ingram’s rep was when we were collected from the airport and dropped off at the airport.

Other Ingram’s clients that we spoke to at the airport had a completely different experience. A small group of 2 people had an Ingram’s rep at their hotel every single day where as we were left completely to ourselves and arranged our own activities.

Upon submitting this feedback Ingram’s did not even bother to contact a single person in our group with an explanation or an apology.

Unfortunately we will not be using them again nor recommending them to anyone else.

I have no complaints about Inghams holidays in the past, but their current website is appalling. It is confusing right from the start, but is actually impossible to follow through, and if you try to put in a date the page just disappears.

Our fifth time in Levi, Finland with Inghams, first after a six year break and it is still the best, will be back 2027

Stayed at Levi spa hotel, half board basis, the hotel had separate cabins which were basic but good, the food was plentiful on help your self basis and very good. It's only 15 mins from kittila airport and every excursion is only 15 mins away, the little town of levi us just over the road and the ski slope is next door. There are a couple of coffe houses, pubs and souvenir shops, and a handy supermarket, this area is stunning (January) absolutely beautiful I've never seen so much snow and the activities are breathtaking. I honestly had the best holiday ever. Ingham staff were all so helpful and attentive, they made everything so easy. Thanks Inghams for a great holiday.

Great skiing holiday in Alpe D'Huez at Chalet La Breche, the chalet team were fantastic and catered for everyone's needs, they couldn't have been more helpful and the resort team kept us up to date with all the information we needed for on and off the slopes, plus all the other guests were all friendly and fun too, we couldn't have asked for a better week.

A fabulous trip to Norway. Spectacular scenery. lovely people and outstanding food. Inghams team were great, a real asset.

They were just incredible from the moment we booked until we boarded the plane, they are the best company I have ever booked with and I’ll be using them again for next years trip for certain. Life long customer
