From my personal experience over the years, I’ve always received great service. Some of the negative comments here honestly surprise me, as my experiences have consistently been very positive.

I ended the sale early and chose not to view the car after reading several negative reviews. The dealership confirmed my deposit would be refunded, but despite sending four follow-up emails, I’m still waiting.
Communication has been poor and promises have not been honoured. This experience has reinforced my decision to walk away. Buyers should proceed with caution.

The most dodgy car company I've come across. Financed a kia , 2 weeks after getting it the oil light came on and it stunk of burning, I was also using £20 petrol a day just doing the school run. Paid for it to be checked over by another garage and was told it was un roadworthy and needed an engine rebuild. Inherts took it back to fix it just for it to come back in the same condition, paid for it to be checked again and same problem. 3/4 months go by of us complaining about these problems, they ended up taking it back for a second time and only fixed the minor issues, didn't rebuild the engine at all. Very rude company and they lie, they make excuses when they get caught out. We had a quote from kia for 4000 to fix the car, we told them we would only keep the car if they paid for the cost to get it fixed properly and they told us they want us to pay half!!! I've also spoken to multiple people who have had issues with these people, one of who got sold a car with a blown head gasket and had to go through court. Luckily our fiance company ended up getting the money back and the car went back.avoid at all costs!!! The good reviews are clearly fake. If you go on auto trader you will see the true reviews.
