Taken a holding deposit and disappeared with the money.
No calls/emails answered and office shut.

Brought a property through inspired and could not ask for a nicer team to deal with. When placing the offer, they checked in regularly to provide updates, during the process they were very helpful and were able to cater to my needs to view the property. I would definitely recommend!

Inspired are an amazing company that will always go the extra mile to help you in all your selling and buying needs. When buying my property last month. I felt that they went above and beyond. Especially Aiden. Who was informative, pro active and very attentive to my requirements. He lined up several viewings on the day went to market and sold my house within 3 days. He also managed to get above the asking price. I was very impressed, I have to admit. They'll hold your data for much longer than the UK GDPR regulations allow (regs state that they must delete it after it is finished with - I don't consider that 6+ YEARS later they have any legit reason to hold data), and will bombard your inbox with utter junk.

Their Directors are rude, arrogant and obnoxious and have zero intention of following the rules regarding your data - it wouldn't surprise me if they sell it on too.

There was probably a damn good reason why I didn't use them to sell or buy my last property - I certainly won't use them in the future either...

I have purchased a house with inspired sales and lettings. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! They made my experience lovely and quick and everyone in the team was so nice. Great work from the team from start to finish, I originally went with a mainstream Estate Agent who didn't get what we wanted for the house and wanted to convince us this was the best.. Michael then took over and got us the extra money the house was worth, in the 1st day..

Keep up the good work guys, any anyone thinking of using the big Estate Agents, think again.. These guys actually listen and give you a much better personal service..
