Dean and team
Dean, Aiden and Terry arrived 08.00 sharp and full of good humour.
They set about their work promptly and kept my wife and I informed throughout.
Despite having to clear the loft including old floorboards they were quick, efficient and left the place spotless.
Dean took care to demonstrate the operation of the new dropdown stair hatch and showed us around the newly insulated and boarded loft.
A very pleasant experience all round.
Would recommend Instaloft thoroughly.

Got the job done
The guy who come to give the quote was very thorough with his survey and explanations of everything. Had samples on him to show us what he was talking about.
The two guys who came and done all the work were quick and efficient getting the work done. They took pictures at the start, during and afterwards of the work to show what they were doing. Overall very happy

What's not to like?
Free quote/survey, accepted, booked in there and then for two weeks later, done in a day and a half (and it was a large installation). Finish great. Every individual I deal with was courteous and professional.
Also, it turned out that not all the materials thought were required, so -even though the job they quoted and I accepted was completed exactly as I had requested - they knocked hundreds of pounds off of the final invoice!

Hi Joe

Reasonably priced and excellent quality
Quick, easy and honest. Rob who came out and priced up was on time and friendly, helping with the next steps also. Paul who fitted our loft was phenomenal, friendly and extremely honest. There was a small mark from where the hatch sprung up on installation that I would have struggled to spot, he pointed it out and let me know a new hatch was being ordered to correct it. The finish is great and all that I'd hoped for, when he was finished it was all left as tidy as when he started. Id recommend instaloft to anyone and if you're lucky enough to get Paul installing then count yourself blessed!

Loft boarding
I had a wonderful experience with this professional company. Their customer service agents were fantastic, the surveyor who visited was clear, informative and friendly, never pushy. The workmen were also friendly, polite and worked hard until the job was done, even on a Friday afternoon/evening, and they even tidied up after themselves.

Friendly, professional, efficient.
Dale installed our loft on a Saturday morning and provided outstanding service. A call the day before to confirm time (and repeated offers to accommodate us if our time was too early), along with an early arrival, swift and professional installation and consistent offers to review, change or adapt if we needed. Whole installation from arrival to departure took less than three hours (quicker than the dishwasher as my wife pointed out). Highly recommend Dale, who was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and the company as a whole.

The job itself was done well and the…
The work itself was completed to a high standard, and the team who carried it out were professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, the communication from the surveyor was extremely disappointing. We spent almost three weeks chasing him for a quote for the remaining works, which we had understood would be included as part of the main project. Responses were either delayed or non-existent, making what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily frustrating.
While we’re happy with the quality of the work completed on site, the lack of communication significantly detracted from the overall experience.
