Polite and Professional
Working in extreme heat the two installers who attended were polite and professional (Jason and Bailey) and did a fantastic job leaving the area clean and tidy. The electrician (Jordan) was also very friendly and professional. In just a few hours I have a useable storage space and can attest that they all worked very hard and in a very hot loft space! Credit to the organisation.

Great installation, back office let it down.
From quote to installation the experience was fantastic. We had a not normal loft layout which involved a different method of installation, but Brandon was able to complete the job and we now have a fantastic loft that is more useable and safer than it ever has been. Just need to wait for the weather to cool down so I can get up there.
Instaloft would have got a 5* review had it not been for the tone of their messages less than 24hrs after the install saying late payment fees would be applied. For context, the job was completed late afternoon Friday and the message was sent noon Monday.

This is the second time I've used Instaloft, this time for another loft boarding installation and loft ladder, having previously used them at a different property. Once again, they exceeded my expectations.
From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly efficient. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard. What impressed me most was how quickly they carried out the installation without compromising on quality.
It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers such a great service, but Instaloft have done exactly that on both occasions. I am extremely satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for loft boarding, storage solutions, or a loft ladder installation.
Thank you to the whole team for another fantastic job!

Wow...
Wow.... I don't ever give reviews but this is an excellent company.
The surveyor was absolutely brilliant, even being completely honest and saving me money for unnecessary work done
The fitter was spot on explaining details that came up. Looked like he'd never been after installation.
Overall the whole thing took 8 days. From the surveyor doing a quote to finish.
Better than expected.
I honestly cannot fault this company at all.
Cheaper than I expected and a Lifetime warranty......what has got a Lifetime warranty now days? Just definitely goes to show this is a A+ service.
