Good initial visit, disappointing comparison process
Instaloft came round to quote for our loft boarding project. The surveyor was professional, friendly and helpful, and the survey itself was straightforward. He also recommended a slightly cheaper solution, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the follow-up. Instaloft told me they were the cheapest LoftZone installer in the UK, but I had received a genuinely competitive like-for-like quote from Amazing Lofts for the same type of raised boarding, the same quality of boards and the same hatch specification.
I felt the sales approach became a little inflexible once I explained I had found another reputable installer offering the same work for less. They also could not offer availability as quickly.
In the end, I chose Amazing Lofts, who completed the job to a very high standard at a competitive price.

This company was great from start to finish, we had the loft boarded and shelves also added, with a new loft hatch and ladder.

Instaloft Installation
Everything that was promised for installation was done correctly and on time. Instaloft kept in touch about progress. The installer arrived on time and took care not to make any unnecessary mess and made sure we were aware of his work and what we wanted him to do.
When we were recommended to look at Instaloft they responded quickly and the design individual listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan we found acceptable.

Brilliant job from start to finish
Gareth came to have a look and gave great advice - clear quote and follow up questions. Then on the day, Shabiah was the politest guy you can know. He got on with the job with no fuss at all. Amazingly clean and a brilliant job. Clearly showed us how to use the new hatch and couldn't recommend him more highly.

Excellent service, highly recommended
We recently had loft survey and electric works followed by completion of the loft boarding and ladder fitting yesterday.
We are very happy with the overall job and standard of workmanship.
Also, very happy with the service received; all workers who attended were polite, friendly, professional, helpful and tidy.
Starting with the survery, my husband said the person was knowledgeable and did not push unnecessary extras on that we didn't need.
The Electrician ensured all works were done to a high standard without the need to trace the wiring through plasterwork.
Finally, the 2 people who completed the loft did a really good job, left no mess, and gave good information and demonstrated how to pull down and store away the ladder.
We would highly recommend your service. Using the loft has opened up so much more storage space.
