Well what a fantastic service I was contacted regarding renewal. I was treated extremely well polite professional. I had made a mistake on the start date which I noticed the following day. I called them back the were very understanding and soon had me correctly insured. With only a small difference In the cost to the original price which was very good overall I would highly recommend them 5 stars from me

I had a very nice experience with this company insure taxi the name of the person Ben he was kind, patient very helpful throughout the whole process he took the time to explain everything clearly to me and made sure that I understood everything it’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares. Brother, they are worst on its kind.In order to keep you in their firm, they create duplicate accident which does not exist and in other case claim the money which you didnt get in your behalf without telling you.These are scammers.KEEP AWAY from them.Doggy middle firm.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from insuretaxi. Every time I’ve needed assistance Zak velasco gone above and beyond to help me out. He explained my policy clearly and make sure I understood all my options. normally insurance tell you this is the price take it or leave it but took 3-4 day he work hard to find me the best price, It’s such a relief knowing I’m in good hands — definitely the best insurance experience I’ve ever had! Further to our conversation i am sorry you wasn't happy with the service. But as we discussed once you raised the issue about your documents this issue was rectified with your insurer and the correct documents were received within an hour.
