After trying various platforms, I finally settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. The account setup was straightforward, and I was impressed by the range of trading tools available, including advanced charting options. Trading on this platform has been an exhilarating experience. The customer service is also quite commendable; they address queries promptly. My only concern is that the withdrawal process can be slow at times, which is frustrating. IQCENT, DON'T EVEN DESERVE A ZERO STAR, please don't remove my comments telling people its fake!! My comments are genuine and true. Despite reading all the feed backs, I jumped into this pit of scam!! I regret going on that platform, I invested $194, they gave me $20 bonus. The minimum requirement is $200.

I asked them several times to refund the funds and nobody seems to care.
The finance team simply told me that I have to trade on their platform and increase my limit inorder to excess my funds. They are the biggest theives and scammers who do not care about anyone as far as money is concerned.

I don't think anyone out there blocks people to excess their own funds from a trading platform, all other companies have a smooth transactions . This is a dodgy conduct! I was reading another comment which sound similar. I have text message of all the conversation and email.

I tried approaching Marco who does add on telegram and lures innocent people. I want my refund asap. I will keep writing and exposing these bunch of goons who are running this shady platform. I have evidence to submit to trust pilot so that they know this is not a scam. The real scammers are these people.

My funds are stuck there, how to excess my own funds, I haven't got a clue. I tried to get help from customer service, I asked them where to withdraw the funds, they told me to go there??? I was like,where??They BLOCKED me because I was asking them questions and later deleted my comments!!! I advice people to stay as far as possible. I WANT MY FUNDS SORTED OUT, I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE TRADING ON THAT SHADY PLATFORM.

I kept writing to them but they don't care at all!! It's a shame!!
I also asked them if this was a scam, and why people are writing such degrading comments, I was told it's done by other companies but now I doubt this...!!Also they told me that if an inexperienced trader loses a trade they start writing but in my case, I did not even start!! They force you to trade on their dangerous platform. Something is not right about these people!!

They hold peoples funds and refuse to refund the whole amount.Same person messages same thing over and over. The government needs to stop this theives from operating and syphoning innocent peoples hard earned money!! I did not even trade on there platform yet they want 20%????

Some of my friends legally make deposits today to account from bankwire and Card too but payment cut & no respond, just a some of 15 to 30 members groups combined and rewind the money with each others and taking Cash from others l,

COMPLETE FRAUD - Avoid!

1. Very deceptive in terms of offerring bonuses. If you accept you need to turnover your entire account 3x to get the tiny bonus you inadvertently clicked on. Yes, the T&C vaguely detail, this but is aggressive / predatory how you simply need to click on the bonus to effectively have your balance locked.
2. Having overcome 1 I requested a withdrawal of $149, they then sent me an email saying $120 was being processed, but after I had done some elaborate verification process involving me sending them a video of me turning my head, touching my nose, showing an ID with the hologram “shining in the light” etc. all BS designed to make less determined people give up.
3. having overcome 2, they then send me an email saying the withdrawal of $120 was being processed. Why less than what I asked, because they can only refund to the card the deposit amount, the rest HAS to be in crypto!
4. They then processed a withdrawal of only $100. Why? No idea… as others have commented… it gets stuck forgotten about whilst “with the finance dept”.

SCAMMERS! Please, do not trust them!!! They cancelled all my withdrawal requests without reason or with reason for examle: technical issue, increased volume of withdrawals... They did not refund even my own money!

They deserve 0 stars!! scammer!! I wanted to withdraw my funds from this broker, I was asked to make a video of myself with a few instructions. made this one. was good, withdrawal submitted, the next day, I asked if I wanted to make a number of videos again, they could not find the previous one nor the email exchange with the same lady from the company!!! how??? After several emails and increasing irritation that I also expressed to them, I was able to submit my withdrawal. A week later, due to technical work to ensure the safety of customers, my withdrawal has been rejected... In other words, we won't pay you out and your money is now ours!! they are nothing more than scammers! stay far away!!

All trade volume qualifications fulfilled to be eligible to make a withdrawal, including a healthy profit that I had been able to make.
Still, as soon as I made my withdrawal request several months ago, they started inventing all kinds of "security verification" issues; I had to do this and that, send them this and that, create live videos and whatnot. After each withdrawal request they first declined it and then asked for something more. Fine, it's cumbersome but doable to go through this and it is certainly not how a serious company would handle things.

BUT: Once they finally had run out of things to ask from me, I once again made a new withdrawal request, upon which they suddenly closed my account completely, blaming "suspicious activity" which is just a load of ****. They simply don't want to execute withdrawals.

They still after that tried to look serious by stating that they would pay out my deposited funds (which probably means that they would keep my hard earned profits just like that) and asked me to send an address for it to be paid out.
The weeks go on and on and all they keep saying is that I should rest assured that my payment will be executed soon, it is in the processing queue, but they have such a high load of withdrawal request (really...?) that it takes some time.

Well, to me it's all very clear! This company is either a total scam, or at the very least it is being operated by completely incompetent individuals using extremely poor business processes.

In either case: STAY AWAY for your own sake!

I was really shokced when they didnt honor their agreement , really glad i could find my aid who helped me settle the case.

I operated with them for a few months, I exceeded the limit of operations required to withdraw and when I requested the withdrawal the money was lost, I have sent several emails and still no response, they only answer me that they are checking and so months go by

If I could give them zero stars I would They just keep putting me off on my payout and it looks like they have no intention of paying anyone according to this thread.

This company is a scam , you will not get your money back. You have been warned by me and numerous others. Trust pilot ask " how can this company improve " it's simple stop stealing people's money is the obvious 1.

iqcent.com is Scam do not invest your money when you try to withdraw funds even you are in loss they ask you can not withdraw until you reach your deposite amount 3x and when i ask then this rule is apply on bouns or own profit they ask our rules are same and force me if you want your remaning money back give us 20% commsion.
