.I paid for a specific product, pink roses in a classic vase. The day before delivery they messaged they didn't have the colored flowers I asked for and offered me a different color or I'd have to wait a week to get the ones I ordered. I had no choice so I accepted the substitute item because it was a get well gift. Upon seeing the flowers the vase wasn't even right it was a simple glass vase and the display of flowers looked nothing like the picture i ordered. Very dissatisfied with the service and items. I did order from you and I wish I could attach pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. In fact you even messaged me on what's app about not having the right flowers the day before they were to be ordered

Todo muy claro en su página web. Hace el encargo a las 10 desde España y a las 12:30 ya lo recibió la clienta en Italia.
Muy contenta y muy atentos ante algún problema, ya que te informan de todo.
Repetiré el próximo año.

Molto delusa. Abito all'estero e ho ordinato un po' più di un mese fà un mazzo di fiori per la festa di mia mamma sul sito Italian Flora (è la prima ed ultima volta che utilizzo questo sito!).
Il "bouquet" non corrispondeva assolutamente alla foto del sito.
I fiori consegnati il sabato erano da buttare il lunedi.....una vergogna!
É la prima volta che mi capita, eppure ordino fiori da anni.

Il bouquet consegnato non rispecchiava minimamente le aspettative create dalle immagini e dalla descrizione sul vostro sito. I fiori erano visibilmente appassiti, la confezione approssimativa, il risultato finale lontano da qualunque standard accettabile per un regalo. Capisco che il caldo possa incidere sulla freschezza dei fiori, ma non giustifica in alcun modo la scarsa qualità del prodotto recapitato, né la superficialità della confezione. Il vostro continuo insistere su foto "indicative", "numero di rose", o "forniture fresche" suona più come una difesa d'ufficio che una reale volontà di ascoltare il cliente. Mi aspettavo una risposta concreta da parte vostra. Diversamente, mi vedo costretto a condividere pubblicamente questa esperienza in modo dettagliato, per tutelare altri clienti da simili delusioni.

Very good customer support. I was looking for same day Saturday delivery, but the website form cut-off time was earlier than the time I was placing he order. Italianflora contacted the local florsit to confirm that they could do same day delivery, which they could, so I was able to place the order via Whatsapp and pay.
The flowers were also excellent.
This is the second time I have used Italianflora, and will definitely use them again.

The flowers I ordered and what was delivered are two completely different things. The delivered flowers just looked pathetic compared to the ones in the picture.

Volevo organizzare una sorpresa per il compleanno di un'amica che sta studiando negli USA. Consegna puntuale. Bouquet sopra le aspettative. Ancora meglio della foto vista online. Servizio di Customer Service preciso e cordiale. Che dire? Grazie! Sorpresa riuscita!

Il servizio clienti su whatsapp mi ha risposto immediatamente e i fiori sono arrivati nel giorno richiesto. Il bouquet è molto bello. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

Consegna fiori diversi da quelli ordinati . FIORI SUL SITO. .. INDICATIVI... ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!!

I have ordered flowers, 2 days ago.
Today would be the delivery day.
After me writing first to them (today), they responded that my order has been cancelled and that I will get full refund.
If I haven't asked, what would have happened.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

Consegna nel giorno stabilito prenotazione dall'Italia per la Corea del sud con tanto di foto...disponibili e gentilissimi...ho rifatto un secondo ordine.. eccellente

I will start with the positive. Italian Flora was efficient. I got instant replies via Whatsapp which was great because I ordered the day before I need the flowers to be delivered. It was my daughter's milestone birthday.
Now the negative, the bouquet was completely different from the photo in the website. A few roses, lilies and some additions. The website photo shows a lot of pink roses, pink/purple lilies and additions. I paid for more roses to be added hoping that the bouquet will look full of flowers. What was delivered was quite disappointing. It looks like an ordinary arrangement u can buy from supermarket put in a glass vase. I specifically said it is a milestone birthday. They offered a small refund which I am still waiting for...

Had a great experience!! They were helpful trying to help me with the address for delivery (since its very different then our US style addresses) AND, when they did have a hic-up in first attempt of delivery, they pursued phone numbers and still delivered the correct day and it was beautiful!!! I had tried to order flowers/gift basket for my sister n law’s birthday, who was in Florence for the month. I tried a different company ( the first international I could find) was Flora Queen-: ( - who basically said “we can’t help you with the address, our computers GPS is down so Sorry “- not good CS on their part but good for Italian Flora and me. :). I am very happy with the service and the gift basket !!

Leider können wir als Blumengeschäft nicht von einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit Italianflora berichten.
Trotz mehrfacher Mahnungen wurde unsere Rechnung vom März noch immer nicht überwiesen.Auch der Kundenservic ist sehr langsam,Fragen über Waths app werden teilweise gar nicht beantwortet
Wir sind kein Fake 😆und nach dieser Rezension wurde und das Geld auch überwiesen!😉.

Ho chiesto un mazzo di fiori per questa giornata in cui mia mamma compie gli anni. Siccome siamo lontane, ho utilizzato questo servizio con cui mi sono trovata molto bene.
