Da fioraia a cui è stato affidato un ordine, dico pessimiiiii. Si sono raccomandati di effettuare il bonifico prima della consegna. Ma ad oggi, 14 maggio non è ancora arrivato nulla, ed il mazzo l'ho consegnato ben DUE MESI FA!! Sollecitando per due volte il pagamento del mio lavoro,mi è sempre stato risposto che il bonifico era in coda... Un po' lunga questa coda 😅
Un consiglio, chiamate direttamente i fiorai dove volete effettuare la consegna, evitate di affidarvi a questi TRUFFATORI!

ho trovato su internet il vostro sito e sono rimasta molto soddisfata per questa consegna di fiori in Canada per una ricorrenza particolare

I used this site as another option to Interflora which was ridiculously expensive. I ordered flowers for a friend who lives in Milan and has been ill. She loves Sunflowers so I ordered a mixed bouquet for 45 euros. They arrived on time, they were absolutely stunning and she was ecstatic. My experience despite doubt was excellent and I would definitely use this site again. They were very professional and made my friend and myself very happy. Thank you. Grazie millie

First time i ordered they didnt have the flowers i wanted so i took "lesser" ones which is okay but still not nice. Second time i order it has a nice picture of a heart shaped box on the image with chocolates but they ended up sending a simple merci for valentine's day. Saying the description says "box of chocolates" not "heart box of chocolate" like the image showed. Paid 75 euro for a merci and 9 roses, crazy prices.

Alessandra, Annalisa and their team provided their utmost effort to get my delivery order perfect. After emailing and calling a local florist in Italy from the United States, which told me they could not accept my order because they were not linked to credit cards outside of the country (what?!), I fortunately found Italianflora. I liked their selections and they promised free delivery, so I thought I’d take the chance ordering online with them. It was a 5-star experience! They found me on WhatsApp to communicate availability of my floral selections. When not available in their inventory, they suggested alternatives which were comparable or better at no extra charge. Since there was no urgency to my order and with the time difference between the countries, I was able to wait for them to procure just what I wanted. Once confirmed, delivery occurred same day. My family sent messages and pictures. The product quality was excellent and delivery service as per special instructions. Further, Alessandra and Annalisa communicated in perfect English which made it easy for me to communicate exactly what I wanted. Lastly, they were honest. I never felt the company was cheating me or that my credit card would get hacked. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for overseas orders.

Flowers delivered extremely quick, on time, and they came out perfect. Very beautiful and just like the images from the site.
I know there's some negative comments on here but really, the delivery to Capri came through in less than 24 hours and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Waste of time. They dropped my order on the day of delivery (3 days after I placed it). So basically leaving me no option left to have something delivered on my friends 40th

Communication was very well. And they made a beautiful custom made bouquet and delivered perfectly. even though I had to change the address of delivery.

This is the BEST flower service I’ve seen. I needed the same-day delivery to Portofino/Rapallo, it was already 5 pm and all other services declined to help (including one that agreed earlier, took the money and 2 hours later told me that it’s impossible to find flowers and deliver at this hour) These guys made and unbelievable effort, found a beautiful bouquet and delivered it in the next 2 hours to my friend. Really appreciate it!!

Franchement très content on m à contacter pour m envoyer une photo du bouquet vraiment très professionnelle à savoir on m à téléphoner comme quoi c était livré c la première fois, très sérieux je vous le conseille ce site merci beaucoup pour cette prestation ..

The florist uses this opportunity to clean up the old junk they have.
Paid for 1 deluxe and 1 regular orchid, both were the same size. The delux may have been the one with less dead flowers? Have sent 3 emails regarding order and have heard nothing back so customer service is not a priority. Used Italianflora 2 years ago and also sent junky plant. There will be no next time

Do cinque stelle per tutto il servizio, sono stata assistita dal inizio alla fine..hanno risposto sul WhatsApp anche di sabato..la composizione era bellissima, e siamo riusciti a dare conforto ad una amica e collega per una grande perdita, ad una distanza di più di 1500 km( ordinato da Milano.. fiori consegnati in Sicilia)..
