IWC Probate and Will Services Reviews 

Really helpful staff & simple enough a process to completion.

I always thought sorting out a Will takes going to see a lawyer and would be a very stressful process along with a expensive cost, however I came across IWC on google search. Their online service is very easy to use and very efficient. Hannah Domain was very helpful and communicated very well with throughout. I can fully recommend them to anyone. Thank you to IWC for putting my mind at rest.

The Company could have been any more helpful with the service they provide. Friendly and Helpful staff (i dealt mostly with Sharon and Carol) made what was a very melancholic and sad neccesity very easy to complete.
I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

The company was recommended to me after my father passed away and they dealt with the probate for him and then latterly with my mother, I have had the very positive experience with Sharon Edwards who has been nothing but patient, explanatory and communicative with all areas of the law that I knew nothing about relating to probate, my bother and I cannot thank her enough for supporting both of us through this minefield of information though a very difficult time, I would highly recommend this company and Sharon especially.

When requiring to rewrite my Will I telephoned three Companies/Solicitors in a local magazine enquiring about their fees etc. IWC was the only firm which contacted me with tips to assist the process. I appreciated this.
A visit was made to my home which was convenient . I had made note of required information on names addresses etc. I paid on this occasion for the Will Writing service. A short while after this visit
I was first sent a Draft Will to my e-mail address with details of the security number I should use to access the information. I requested amendments on several occasions mostly to expand on the text in the Draft.
These amendments were all dealt with expeditiously, I received the completed Will and all instructions as to how I should sign and my Witnesses should sign. I understand that my Executors will be contacted and given helpful information on their role as Executors and assistance on Probate. A good job well done,.

The requested service was Medallion Guarantee Stamps that are required for a share transfer in the USA. The receiving fund company, Computershare, rejected the provided stamp, because the value of the shares exceeded the value of the stamp.
While the handling IWC agent exhibited very responsive and friendly service throughout the process and also offered a workaround solution, I would expect a company specializing in this type of service to be well informed and ensure the issuance of a stamp in the appropriate amount. The workaround solution will result in a considerable amount of additional effort on my part and a delay in the completion of the transaction.

The service was fantastic. At every stage we were kept updated. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady that dealt with my father's probate case (Lucy) was on top of the process and kept us informed at all stages.

This is my fourth review and all are legitimate complaints. The company have failed to respond to my experience and instead have actually tried to have my reviews removed by Trustpilot. I have been entirely truthful about my own experiences. This is very upsetting that they feel they can abuse the system in place for people to make informed decisions about the companies they use!
