JeffreyRoss  Reviews

I’ve had a really good experience with the penarth branch so far. Jessica, Lauren, Lisa and Sarah have been fab. I’m a big panickier and at times felt like I’ve pestered yet they’ve all talked me through everything and put my mind at ease!!
Always really polite and friendly! Thanks ladies ❤️

My experienced in JeffreyRoss was absolutely amazing. They helped us to reach our wonderful new home. Easy to approach the team and they have a very nice staff. Thank you guys words is not enough how happy we are right now. Again thank you very much.

I used JR to sell my property. Excellent service from the Llanishen branch especially Ollie and Maddie who kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

The measurements of the house we bought were out by a metre in some rooms. The details were sloppy and very few photos were available. Access was limited. We were asked why we need all these visits? The answer was because I couldn't trust anything Knights told me.

Fantastic service from Kristy at Jeffrey Ross. Professional, thorough, courteous, great attention to detail and communicative throughout. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic experience with Sarah at Jeffrey Ross buying my new property in Barry. Very communicative with both myself and my vendor and responsive to calls and emails. Sarah was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Thank you!

As a landlord, I have had to undertake a significant amount of repairs and maintenance to my property and separately have encountered some very challenging tenants all of Jeffrey Ross has been very helpful in managing through. Special mention for Amanda May who has been incredibly helpful, diligent and professional in following up on many topics and issues. Amanda is highly responsive, always courteous and an excellent partner for a landlord. I have no hesitancy in providing her a five star rating and in recommending her to any other landlord.

This is a family run company who have developed into most probably the largest in Cardiff.
Their support teams were always very professional and helpful, I would highly recommend their services to anyone requiring any of the following, rentals and sales.

Great staff who were very supportive and went the extra mile to get our deal done
Thanks

12 flats sold in 2 separate blocks to 2 different buyers, completing in days of each other. Impressive performance.

JR managed the sale professionally, therefore a 5 star rating

JeffreyRoss have sold a couple of properties for me recently. Can't fault the team or sevice. Great marketing, great communication, quick to get viewings through the doors and sales agreed

Elliott and his team provided an excellent service. They found us the ideal property and facilitated a smooth move. We are extremely grateful for their support

Following the end of my last tenancy and In preparation for the new tenancy, I have been in contact with Kristy regarding all matters of Maintenance – property management – property upkeep and repair. My expectations have been exceeded, Kirsti's attention to detail is first class. From her overview of the checkout report and following up on essential and recommended works for the upkeep of the property. I felt confident that the property was really being looked after and in good hands which is reassuring as I've not visited the premises for over eight years. Kristy is professional, thorough and clearly passionate about what she does.

We had a great experience with Jeffrey Ross throughout our tenancy but especially during what could have been a difficult end of tenancy but wasn’t due to Kristy who was a brilliant help with everything

With properties in Cardiff and Newport, I found JJ Ross a very competent and considerate agent, always ready to listen and to advise. Maria Pagonessa, in particular, as the person closely connected with the properties, has been outstanding for her care of the tenants and of the buildings, very conscientious in listening to the requests of the tenants and careful to find the most appropriate and economical way of sorting out problems. I am totally confident that the properties are well looked after and safe in her hand. I have no hesitation in recommending JJ Ross as an excellent agent to look after your properties.

no customer service and no respect for the buyer

We've recently had a superb experience with Kristy at Jeffrey Ross and would highly recommend her and the team. Kristy is a capable, hard- working and knowledgeable individual who went above and beyond for us and is testament to the family friendly service JR offers homeowners, landlords, tenants and prospective buyers in South Wales.

Easily the best managing agent in Cardiff (have had a few).
They keep you up to date with all processes and their maintenance team (especially Amanda) is second to none!

Good estate agent but you have to follow things by yourself on a regular basis.
After contract exchange, was not interested to follow any issues, just sign posting to contact the solicitors which was disappointing.
