We honestly cannot thank the Jetpets team enough for getting our two cats, Rusty and Rocky, safely from Australia to the UK.

Moving pets internationally is incredibly stressful, especially when you’re trusting someone else with such important members of your family, but Jetpets made the whole experience so much easier. We received regular updates throughout their journey, which gave us so much reassurance knowing where they were and how they were doing.

Rocky unfortunately developed a wound just before travelling, which made us even more nervous about the journey, but the care the Jetpets team gave her was incredible. They kept a close eye on her injury, made sure her treatment and cream were continued, and kept us updated on how she was doing. It was very clear that both cats were genuinely cared for rather than simply being transported from A to B.

Both Rusty and Rocky arrived safely in the UK and are now happily settling into their new home and being thoroughly spoilt!

We are so grateful to Kate and the entire Jetpets team for taking such wonderful care of them and for making such a daunting process feel manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jetpets to anyone needing to relocate their pets, especially internationally.

I would recommend jetpets without hesitation. We exported Chappy to Thailand and they made the process very easy. Communication was great, especially once they had picked him up. I felt like he was in safe hands the whole way. They organised everything all I had to do was taking him to the vet for vaccinations and provide the paper work. The even transport door to door making the process as easy and safe as possible.

Jetpets were amazing. They collected my cat from quarantine and took her to the airport to fly to Sydney where I collected her. The communication from them was excellent, they helped and informed me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

Flying your pet internationally is one of the most stressful things you can do as a pet owner, but Jetpets made the entire experience so comfortable from start to finish.

We booked our 12-year-old Bichon, Bali (her name), from Perth to Auckland.

From the moment we booked, the communication was consistent and reassuring; they handled the entire process end to end, so we never had to wonder what was happening or what came next. Every member of the team we engaged with was such an avid pet lover, which set me at ease.

The highlight was the airport transit lounge. We received a travel report card on Bali, covering her personality, her walk, and her toilet break, along with a personal note from her dedicated pet handler and the most adorable photos of her during her stay. As someone who was genuinely anxious about this, receiving that update was such a gift. It made the whole experience feel personal and caring rather than clinical.

Bali bounced back so quickly after her journey, and I truly believe the quality of care she received made all the difference.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jetpets to anyone flying their pet. These people genuinely care.

Reunited with my husky pup yesterday, who traveled from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles. He's healthy, hydrated, energetic, and happy, and we couldn't have asked for more. Jetpets took great care of Maxi and the entire process, which for a relocation of this magnitude required extensive documentation, preparation, and knowledge of export requirements and logistics. We felt supported and well-informed every step of the way, the communication and responsiveness were excellent, and every person we dealt with in the process was a pro. The handlers in particular were so great, and clearly animal lovers. For such a challenging lengthy journey, we couldn't have asked for a better support network, including Jetpets' affiliates (boarding, vets, handlers at the destination).

This is our second international pet relocation with Jetpets, and they're the service we will always use and recommend to our friends.

Moving your furry family member from Australia to England is a daunting task,but Jetpets couldn’t have made it any easier.
From our first contact to when our Westie Dougie was delivered to us everything was explained, the portal was easy to navigate and we were kept updated at every step along the way.
Our initial plans were disrupted due to the issues in the Middle East and Dougie had an interesting alternative route to take, but again we were given updates and photos from Jetpets and their affiliated pet moving companies in Canada and UK at every stage.
Dougie travelled from Adelaide to Brisbane (2 night stay) - Brisbane to Vancouver (8 hour comfort stop) and then Vancouver to London
We were able to track his flights and had several phone calls from the delivery company in the UK 😊

Our experience with Jetpets was exceptional from start to finish. Nicole went above and beyond to help us with booking our flight, arranging our dog's last-minute health check, and making what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and manageable.
Throughout our dog's journey, Nicole kept us updated with regular messages about how he was doing during his flights, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.

Solid service. Good communication and availability to work on Sundays from quarantine to interstate travel. Only downside they are 20-30% more expensive than the competitors - but the competitors weren't able to deliver on Sunday, so I went with JetPets.

Best experience ever relocating our 2 cats from Australia to Europe. No question was left unanswered, our cats were treated like they were Jetpets own pets. We entrusted the team at Jetpets with collecting a new addition to our family and transporting Charles, an 8-month-old Shitzu, from Brisbane to Adelaide. Erin, our main contact, was very helpful throughout the process, providing constant updates and a personalised itinerary when the details were finalised. We were very happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in using Jetpets again or recommending their service

Moving Doris from Sydney back to London was one of the most stressful things I've had to organise. She's my 10-year-old pug and, like most pet parents, I worried about every little detail.

From the very beginning, Jetpets made the whole process feel so much easier. Everything was incredibly well organised, communication was fantastic, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

One of my favourite touches was Doris' little travel report card, along with the photos and updates from the day before she travelled. Hearing how she'd settled in and that the team had all fallen in love with her genuinely meant so much. It made leaving her in their care so much easier.

You can tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. They know exactly what they're doing, and that experience gives you so much confidence throughout the process. The pricing was also very competitive, which was an added bonus.

Fantastic experience! Moved overseas for work and took our pup along for the adventure. After searching online, Jetpets stood out as a pet relocation service and we were not disappointed. Our consultant, Yi Ying, took us through the whole process and made sure we were aware of all the steps and documentation we needed to keep the experience as smooth as possible.

Safe to stay, our dog Kilo had an awesome experience. We chose to arrange a door-to-door service with Jetpets and this meant they picked him up (purchased a travel crate with them as well), lodged him overnight for final health checks and to settle before his big flight, sorted him out with Customs and Importation and delivered him to our new home overseas.

The team kept us in the loop with SMS and emails during Kilo's whole trip and even provided a Report Card for his time at the pet hotel before he jumped on the plane. We got a kick out of reading this for sure!

While we intend to stay overseas for some time, we wouldn't hesitate to call on Jetpets again should the need arise to come home and we have Kilo or a future sibling in toe.

Absolutely amazing experience. So easy to do. They organise everything. I was worried for my two dogs, Tom and Jerry, when they were going but even the handler who picked them up made them feel comfortable immediately and they were no longer anxious. I asked if it was possible to keep both of my dogs together as often as possible on the journey, and Jet Pets made that happen with no hassle. We received picture updates along the way and updates on how the dogs were walked, fed, how much they ate and drank and how their behaviour was. When we picked up my dogs at the destination, they were as clean and happy as when I saw them before they left. The staff was so kind and helpful, and I love that they all had their own pets pictures as their sign offs on emails. Especially thank you to Katie for all the help along the way. Highly recommend this company and if I am ever travelling with my dogs again, I will be using Jet Pets.

JetPets make the complicated & confusing process of importing your dog into Australia much easier and they look after your pet. I would definitely use them again if the need arose

The handlers throughout the flights also worked tirelessly through storms to pick and deliver in a timely manner in both Singapore and Brisbane (Australia).

The one downside is that PEQ are unable to send pics so when I would receive emails stating Max and Roxy were not eating - it made me anxious.

Other than that a tremendous service.
