Great serviceI've used jetpets twice now to transport my cat from Singapore to Australia and back again (In 2019 and now in 2025). Both times, they kept me updated on progress (with pictures) and my cat seemed happy and comfortable!

I won’t go into too much detail but suffice to say the sales pitch given by a very nice customer service operator doesn’t translate to the operations staff. Wrong times, wrong directions, wrong boarding info. And the customer service for follow up problem resolution was appalling, especially from head office management (i’m not allowed to say who it was but it was a woman with a stripper’s name) who took no responsibility for Jetpets muck up. Absolutely do not recommend.

In response to jetpets’ response, I couldn’t give two hoots whether you are appalled by my “attitude” because I’m appalled by Jetpets’ attitude. You say that you take pride in your service - well lift your game Jetpets because it falls very short of being something of which to be proud. Again, I recommend to anyone who reads this review not to use Jetpets.

Jetpets took care of everything required to transport our cats overseas, from picking them up at the cattery to droping them to our door of our new home. Moving countries can be really stressful, even if you have done it more than once. This time the pet transportation was the easiest part of our relocation thanks to Jetpet's excellent organisation and constant communication throughout their journey. Our cats were relaxed and happy and received so much love and attention throughout their journey. We had a relocation consultant and they obtained two quotes for us from other providers that were significantly more expensive. Jetpets were recommened to us and we highly recommend them to anyone having to transport animals as they are reliable and competitively priced.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with this company !! As anyone would be I was extremely nervous for my little doggo Kevin to travel.
Not only did Gaylene my consultant look after me and my many questions along the way. The caring and thoughtful staff at the jetpets transit lounge including the vet were so amazing with Kev. Updated reports and photos helped to put me at ease.
Pick up on the other end was a breeze with my mum doing the honnors. It was clear and and concise with no blindsides or miscommunication.
I could write all day about how great this service was but you should just experience it for yourself !!

Beyond disappointing. Rude staff who when you take the time to provide recommendations on how they can improve their communication to avoid future confusion, didn't care and blamed me! Seriously the worst customer experience I've ever received. Unfortunately, you can't rely on the instructions they send you or the pickup times and certainly don't expect them to apologise for all the time and effort you end up wasting as a consequence. There are plenty of other pet transport companies and I'll sure as heck never be using them again.

Can’t fault Jetpets and the service they provided. We flew our cat from Sydney to London and when she arrived in uk she was very calm and relaxed and you could tell she had been well cared for. I had a lot of questions prior to her travel and jetpets staff were patient, understanding and answered everything I wanted to know. Couldn’t fault them and if ever had to move her again (which I hope not) I would certainly be using them. Thank you jetpets

My partner and I recently moved from Australia to Sweden with our 2-year-old Toy Poodle, Billie. Jetpets handled the entire process of getting her to Sweden, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were naturally anxious about putting Billie through such a long journey, but Chloe and the team at Jetpets made everything incredibly smooth. Their communication was amazing, and they kept us updated every step of the way and even sent us photos from both the transit lounge in Perth and her comfort stop in Doha.

When Billie arrived on the other side of the world, she was safe, happy, and well cared for. The pickup process was seamless, thanks to the detailed paperwork that Jetpets had prepared.

We highly recommend Jetpets to anyone considering traveling with their fur-baby!

I recently moved my Mini Australian Shepherd from Australia to NZ. Due to it being quite a daunting process of paperwork and tests initially, Jetpets made the whole experience very well structured and planned. They have an online portal where you upload all of your documents in one place and Jetpets also provide informative videos to help support the journey!
When my dog was on his way to NZ Jetpets did some lovely updates and pictures so I knew how he was getting on. The thought of moving a beloved pet overseas can be very overwhelming, however the Jetpets team were professional and supportive at every step of the way, I would highly recommend using Jetpets to transport your pet.

When we decided to move back to England, it was clear from the start that our beloved dog Billy would be coming with us. Naturally, we were concerned about the journey—especially since Billy is 14 years old and has epilepsy. Jetpets made the entire process so much easier and took great care of us and Billy every step of the way.

They helped us navigate all the necessary vet checks to ensure Billy was fit to fly, giving us peace of mind from the start. During the transfer, we received email updates, including photos, letting us know how Billy was doing when he landed in Qatar and later in Manchester. It was so reassuring to see that he was travelling well and in safe hands.

If you’re looking for a professional and caring company to help move your furry family member overseas, we can’t recommend Jetpets enough. Rachel and the team were fantastic, and thanks to them, our old boy Billy made it halfway around the world safe and sound!

We highly recommend the Jetpets team, we had our German shepherd moved interstate which was stressful enough as it is, but the Jetpets team was professional and efficient and took excellent care of our dog. Clear communication, but at the same time just the perfect amount of contact and information (so not overwhelming!). Thank you Jetpets team, and our coordinator Lauren in particular!

My cat Eragon flew from Germany to Australia and Jetpets handled the Australian end and were professional, caring, great communicators and really understood how important our 4-legged family members are to us. The whole process was perfect! Thanks to the team.

Jetpets got my 10-year-old Kelpie Lab from Sydney to Toronto in a very professional & friendly manner.

My initial inquiries were addressed by a very knowledgeable agent, and, once I confirmed my commitment, a Pet Travel Consultant was assigned to me who was equally knowledgeable, helpful & friendly: Jordi answered all my myriad questions in a timely fashion (gently humouring my nervous repetition!), putting my mind at ease. Jetpets let me know what my options were in terms of levels of service, and took care of everything they said they would. I was already overseas by the time Alfie left home (in the care of friends), yet Jetpets executed his door-to-door transport seamlessly, providing factual updates and much-appreciated personal reports on his well-being in both text and photos. Already a bit nervous by nature, Alfie was a little dazed & confused after such a long, stressful experience, but he arrived, safe & sound, in a clean crate (if he had wet or soiled it, it didn't show).

I hope to never have to subject my pet to such a move again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to inquire with Jetpets first!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Jetpets. The care and love shown to our fur baby went beyond our expectations. From the booking team to the staff in Brisbane who picked him up, and the kennel team, every step was handled with such professionalism and care. We especially appreciated the personalized check-in emails updating us on his progress and the thoughtful final report card from the kennel. These beautiful touches made the experience even more special. We couldn’t be happier!

JetPets were awesome at organising our dog Patch's travel at fairly short notice.

Instructions and communication was excellent and they found the most cost effective way to get Patch from Perth Australia to London.

I am so happy we chose JetPets to transport our cat Pokie, highly recommend them. Melanie was exceptional, very professional and caring. She took care of everything with great attention to detail whilst keeping us informed at all times. Exceptional customer service, thank you Mel!
JetPets uses a very handy online portal where we could fill out and upload all needed forms and where we could see Pokie's itinerary. We were feeling very anxious about our cat flying all the way from Australia to the Netherlands, but knowing he was in good hands made all the difference. We had his (very generous sized) travel crate weeks before departure so Pokie could get used to it. Everyone was always so kind and helpful. Thank you JetPets for making it so easy for us!

I found their website and communication a bit clunky but overall they delivered my cats safely from Australia to the UK at a (relatively) reasonable price so I can't complain. Would recommend but I also don't have any other pet travel companies to compare them with!

Jetpets was a lifesaver for us. We didn’t even have to lift a finger. Our cats were picked up from our house and were in boarding until their flight across the country where they were delivered straight to our door. We were updated with their progress throughout the entire move and were reassured they were doing great with photo updates and we knew their location at all times. We had to change the cats schedule numerous times and Jetpets accommodated so easily with the friendliest service - special shoutout to K. O’carroll and P. Kilgour for being so amazing. Boarding and facilities were great and our cats came back very happy and obviously cared for. We will definitely be using their service again. Thankyou Jetpets!!

We used Jetpets to relocate our anxious/reactive border collie from Melbourne to Auckland. Every staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and willing to discuss ideas to make the vet visits and journey more comfortable for our dog. Gayelene was our main point of contact and was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, Jetpets made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage and we have arrived in NZ with a happy dog!

My cat Oni travelled from Australia to Singapore. We managed to get her back on time despite there being last minute, unexpected issues with her documents. Thank you so much to Chloe and the Jetpets team for being so patient and helpful along the way.
