We dealt with JetPets in moving five animals over to the USA in March 2023 and it was a fantastic experience with no hiccups at all - 10/10 service.

This time around I was lucky enough to work with Anita and JetPets again, and Anita helped me navigate the far more complex job of moving the animals back from the USA to Australia.

I was initially concerned at the level of work I’d be required to do and the hurdles I’d have to jump, but a few email exchanges from Anita put that to rest beyond a doubt.

I initially thought of doing the vet work through a local vet instead of JetPets' location at the airport to save the drive, and Anita helped me navigate that option. After I while I realized that Anita and JetPets was far to easy to deal with to pass up, so I went with that option.

Anita answered every question in an unbelievably timely, professional and friendly manner that astounded me. There was nothing that was too difficult or tedious to ask, and I never felt like I wasn’t been looked out for and that the safety and best interests of my animals weren’t at the front of Anita’s attention.

Anita helped make sure that I knew where the animals had to be and when for their multiple check ups which made my life infinitely easier.

Once the animals were dropped off for departure I thought that would be the where I’d stop being so impressed (as I thought that was the end of the journey), but it wasn’t.

I happened to check on their flight status at 9:30pm (about an hour before they should’ve departed) and noticed that the flight had been cancelled about 30-45 minutes earlier. I was initially very stressed and concerned about what would happen and if they’d be allowed back in quarantine etc.

This stress turned into relief as I checked my emails and found a succession of messages from the JetPets team, and Anita. They had assured me the animals would be picked up, the second email immediately after said they had been picked up, and they were in the lounge (with some cute photos from on the ground) and a summary email from Anita of what had happened, what was hopefully going to happen (rebooking the flight and organizing PEQ date changes) and a timeline of what should happen and when to expect the next update, all within a matter of minutes of being sent from one another.

Before I could blink there were multiple emails stating that the flights had been booked for the next day, the animals were being looked after, and PEQ dates had been adjusted.

I can’t describe how relieved this made me feel, and this occurrence is the main reason I’m writing this feedback.

Anita then told me that an auto-forwarded email would be coming from PEQ for both cats when the confirmation of their check-in had occurred, which Anita didn’t have to do (and could’ve just waited until Monday to send me an email). Shortly after this Anita emailed PEQ directly to ask for an update, which was just replied to very quickly with a minor question from the PEQ office about my cat’s eating habits.

The fact that Anita requested this update and I was able to further provide and expedite assistance to PEQ to help the wellbeing of my animal (even a small bit) is something I can’t tell you how much I appreciate. PEQ was also fantastic, and the connection that Anita made with myself and PEQ allowed me to keep my animals comfortable with food that they're used to and enjoy, and the minor issue was immediately resolved.

Nothing seems too big or too small to deal with swiftly and professionally for Anita or JetPets.

With all of this being said, I can’t stress how much I’ve been astounded by Anita’s attention to detail, knowledge, friendliness, and actions when under a situation that I was very stressed about (being the cancellation of their flights at 9:00pm).

This is a testament to the JetPets team of course, however I need to emphasize how much easier this process has been made by Anita’s ability to inform and assure me at every step of the way, including the initial booking process and payment reminders.

Anita is - without a close second - the single best experience I’ve had in dealing with someone from a business of any kind.

I cannot stress enough how much Anita added to this experience and my dealings with JetPets. I have already referred some friends of mine that completed a move with JetPets earlier this year, and I will continue to do so indefinitely after my experience with Anita and your teams in both Australia and the USA.

This is the second time we have used Jetpets to fly our dog across Australia. Booking process was well communicated and we felt that she was cared for and safe when we dropped her off to pickup. It is stressful saying goodbye to her knowing she will be flying without us but I felt that she was very well cared for by Jetpets and she was tired but not stressed when she arrived.

Jetpets made relocating my pet, Leo, from Australia to Dublin an amazing experience. Katie and the entire team were outstanding, providing clear communication, exceptional care for Leo, and going above and beyond to ensure a seamless process. Their professionalism and compassion turned what could have been a stressful journey into a reassuring and smooth experience. I highly recommend Jetpets to anyone looking for trusted and caring pet relocation services.

Anita from Jetpets was amazing! My dogs and I needed to return to Australia from Scotland in a short time frame due to the passing of my husband and my visa restrictions. Anita was patient, thorough and kind during the whole process. Attention to detail was crucial to making this all happen in a matter of 5 months. The Scottish vets said they couldn't have completed the paperwork accurately and quickly without Anita and Jetpets' support. My dogs' permits, pick up, flights and quarantine were seamless. I highly recommend both Anita and Jetpets.

We used JetPets to get our two Sphynx cats from Australia to the United States of America. From day one they were so helpful and answered every question I had with great efficiency. They made the whole thing a really simple process and helped keep us at ease with updates. Both of our furr(less) babies arrived safely and as happy as ever. We will be using JetPets again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish, JetPets and specifically Gayelene were incredible. The constant communication, ease of making changes, excellent service and ability to go above and beyond was incredible. Every staff member we dealt with along the way was kind and helpful and all did their best to ultimately mean we had the most easy and issue free possible move with our cats from Australia to NZ. Moving our beloved cat Mimi from Australia to Singapore was a daunting prospect, but Jetpets made the entire experience remarkably smooth and stress-free. From our first interaction, their expertise in pet relocation was evident.

Chloe and the team provided outstanding communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated at every step, which was incredibly reassuring during such an emotional time. The attention to detail and genuine care they showed for Mimi's wellbeing was beyond expectations.

Mimi arrived safe and happy, and quickly adjusted to her new home in Singapore - a testament to how well she was cared for during transit.

Jetpets - Travel Pets Safely, great team, communication and help with every step was really good. I relocated my 2 cats from Queensland to Tasmania and one is very nervous & timid, they had to stay overnight at Jetpets Transit Centre & then fly so very stressful. Arrived safe & sound, Jetpets kept me updated along the way & cats are settling in well to their new home which is considerably different to what they had before - they are happy & have gotten back to their normal selves very quickly. I can’t recommend JetPets enough!
I relocated from Sydney to Dublin and was terrified about flying my dog. The team at JetPets (particularly Kaye White and Chloe Bull) were beyond helpful and really gave me the comfort I needed throughout this experience.
Monty flew on the 11th of November and landed in Dublin on the 13th and I received lots of updates and photos during his journey and he walked out of the crate calm as can be.

I relocated from Perth to Abu Dhabi, and the team at Jet Pets was outstanding at every phase. The vets made some home visits, there was a lot of good communication, and the staff generally had a great feel throughout.
I had to change the date a couple of times due to work commitments and Jordi and the team were outstanding. Narla my 5-year-old Samoyed arrived healthy, safe and sound and shes settling into her new life amazingly. Thanks, guys I wouldn't use anyone else.

My travel consultant did a absolutely wonderful job with our move to Canada from Australia. I have 2 medium dogs, one with anxiety and one considered a "dangerous breed". I first reached out to Jetpets last year to move and at the very last minute I decided to cancel, get a refund, and stay. My travel consultant processed all of this with no issues and was great at communicating. A year later I reached out again to the same consultant to request another quote and they picked up right where we left off making the process so easy. Throughout the whole process last year and this year, my consultant was clear, concise, reliable, patient, helpful, personable, and so kind. When my dogs were ready to actually travel, Jetpets had great communication the whole way through with updates, report cards, and the best part of all - the photos! You can tell so much with a photo, that helped my anxiety immensely over the long trip. I am so happy that I went with Jetpets and cannot recommend them enough. They will be the only company I will use if needed again!

JetPets flew our cat London from Sydney and we couldn't recommend them more. The whole experience was very smooth and accommodating from the inital quote and service discussion to delivery to our door.

Everyone we dealt with was efficient, caring, and competant. I want to mention Kira and Jess particularly. Kira's responsiveness and accommodation to my numerous questions and changes regarding the initial quote was superb, and Jess was extremely helpful and accomodating while we were navigating the export procedure.

Throughout the transport process we were kept well informed regarding our cat's whereabouts and wellbeing. Not once did we feel in the dark about her status.

We flew our little dog from Australia to New Zealand. From the first contact with Jetpets they were caring and informative. Jordi was our consultant and I can not speak highly enough of her, she was approachable and quick answer questions and very knowledgeable.
They took amazing care of our dog and gave us updates along his journey so we always knew he was in safe hands. I would 100% use Jetpets again and would recommend them to anybody.

Our spoodle coped really well with the journey from Melbourne to Dublin and we were very impressed with the care taken by jetpets. Intinery all went to plan and jetpets were very responsive to our needs

My pet was looked after and arrived safely at his destination in a good time after plane landed.

I used Jetpets for relocating my dog from Sydney to Japan. I’ve made overly a very positive experience and the entire process from filling up the questionnaire to ordering a right matching crate for my dog and doing all the paperwork was smooth and efficient. They even sent me updates on my dog during the time when she stayed with them and when she was checked in. I felt comfortably right from the beginning till the end. As with any dog parent, our fur baby is our child and we worry endlessly about him! We made the move from Australia to the UK and genuinely from initial enquiry in Australia to pick up at the airport in London, the process was so seamless, every concern was alleviated, communication was constant and photos of Ollie throughout his journey were so comforting. Every person we engaged with throughout the journey was a lover of animals and you could just tell were dog people - why else go into a job surrounded by pets!? Jordi at Jetpets was phenomenal, taking initiative to check in and prompt any further concerns and answer every question under the sun that I had as a worry wort! Ollie, our border collie, is settling in perfectly to his new home! He was so happy and jumping all over us when we picked him up in London. We can't thank Jordi and Jetpets enough for everything they have done to make Ollie's journey over seamless and reassuring that he was happy and cared for on a long journey, and took care of everything while we were making all of our other moving arrangements!

From the first phone call Jetpets have been amazing to deal with. We had to bring forward the move and they organised everything without hassle. My 2 girls were picked up ahead of schedule from home and I was notified once they got to the transit lounge. Receiving a report card about what they had done prior to flying was a brilliant bonus and the photos were adorable. On arrival at Brisbane to collect them the people at the cargo area were so lovely, the girls were happy and looked after so well, I would not hesitate to recommend JetPets.
