Listened and very patient

I like the fast shipping, the quality of the clothing has been great! Love that its made in LA USA. Some of my favs are the vintage cotton lounge wear. Tanks a leggings have always been a staple in my closet.

I like the style fit, but did think it was a bit overpriced

The deep V pullover and the official cap are my favorite items out of my order 😍 but everything came as expected! This brand is so classy and cute!
For size reference I am 5’3, 142lbs I ordered
-Deep V pullover XS (still fits oversized & cute I’m typically a small in shirts)
-oversized straight leg jogger S (was going back & forth between S and M and the small I was still able to roll at waist so these do run bigger if you’re inbetween sizes, I’ll prob keep the bottoms tightened bc I’m short and bought pearl grey)
-second skin leggings M (size up if you’re inbetween but still true to size, waist has some stretch)
-off shoulder twist top S
- slouchy top S/M

I cannot stop wearing everything I've gotten from Joah Brown. I realized recently that my outfit every single day includes at least one JB item. They look and feel amazing. So worth some of the highest prices I've ever paid for clothes, and breaking my "natural fiber only" rule.

I am very unhappy with the customer service. The package arrived late and did not fit. For the price of this item, I find their return policy to be unacceptable. I will be happy to provide feedback on each and every social media location available to me.

The products arrived well packaged and delivery time is quick. The quality of the clothing is always excellent.

I was referred to Joah Brown and was genuinely excited to try the brand. Unfortunately, my first experience with the company has been incredibly disappointing, not only because of their rigid final sale policy, but because of the customer service surrounding it.

I contacted customer service about my order and had to follow up just to get a response in the first place. When I finally received one, I explained that this was my very first Joah Brown purchase and that I wasn’t looking to simply return the items and walk away. I wanted to exchange two pieces and purchase three additional items totaling nearly twice the value of what I wanted to return.

They still refused to make a one time courtesy exception.

What makes this especially frustrating is that Joah Brown’s own policy provides an exception to its final sale rule for purchases made with the Welcome Promotion. I did not use that promotion because the pieces I purchased were already discounted, but I was still a brand new customer. I asked whether they could extend that same courtesy to a first time customer who was actively trying to spend substantially more money with the brand. They declined.

After this experience, I finally looked at their reviews and genuinely wish I had done so before ordering. I found other customers describing very similar experiences involving sale purchases, exchanges and customer service.

For context, I’m a longtime Alo customer with their highest All Access status. I was specifically looking to branch out after Joah Brown was recommended to me and fully expected that, if I liked the clothing, this would become another brand I regularly purchased from.

I understand having a final sale policy. What I don’t understand is poor communication followed by absolutely no customer service discretion, particularly for a first time customer asking to exchange merchandise and spend even more money.

They could have turned a first purchase into a loyal customer. Instead, the combination of having to chase down a response and the complete unwillingness to offer any reasonable accommodation means my first Joah Brown purchase will also be my last.

I strongly recommend that first time customers read the return policy and the customer service reviews very carefully before ordering, particularly before purchasing anything on sale.

High quality material that is so soft and comfortable. Nice value for the price and seamless process with ordering. Delivery was fast!

Sizing is inconsistent. I wish they allowed reviews on their site so people who already bought to provide more details. I wish they used models without fake breasts so we can see how it looks if you don't have fake breasts. I won't buy polyester anymore, especially if it's expensive. Overall, Joah Brand is high quality.

I am a big fan, but I ordered some final sale items. Two different shorts in the same size and one pair of shorts was dramatically bigger than the other one. I tried to do a simple exchange and your team did not allow it. You do not have stores everywhere so that we can try things on so for this reason, I’m hesitant to buy from you in the future.

Overall excellent clothing. Arrived on time and features just beautiful pieces. This is my 5th purchase, and I am absolutely in love with every item I've received.
