Gorgeous clothes

The shirt itself is really cute. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the material is seriously the roughest material I may have ever felt outside of a burlap sack. I’m keeping it because it really is super cute and I’m going to do my best to soften it, but I think a better more gentle material would be much better.

By the time my order reached my house the entire set I had paid full price for was on sale for 30% off and customer service would not apply the discount to my order so I returned it. Had they applied the discount I would have kept it. Horrible customer service and will not be purchasing from this brand in the future. It is very easy to do small things to keep customers loyal and happy, clearly this brand does not care to do that. I can return the order for store credit and repurchase it at the discounted rate and more! But instead they chose to make this annoying and difficult so I will not shop here again.

My favorite essentials ! I’ve worn JB tees, tanks and lounge pants all summer, and plan to wear over fall and winter. Also love their gym wear! The fabric is soooo comfy, breathable and like my second skin. Love!

I was very excited for my first Joah Brown purchase, it’s a higher end brand with its prices reflecting such, so I hopped onto the 30% off sale as soon as I saw it advertised. I’d been wanting the long sleeve shrug for a while and it was discounted, so I bought it. In person, it’s much shorter in the back and thinner in material than it seems online. It’s still pretty cute, but I believe it’s too expensive for what it turned out to be. Because of that, I’m discouraged from purchasing from Joah Brown again. I’m disappointed in the quality for the price.

I received my first (and likely last) order that I spent over $500 on. I travel frequently and was out of the country when my order was delivered. I like to wash my clothing before I wear it so upon my return a few weeks later I followed the care instructions and washed the garments accordingly. One of the tops I received that was a wash dye had a discolored stain on it in the front. I’m unsure as to why, it seems like the dye was removed in that spot. I sent an email along with pictures and showing I believe it to be a manufacturing issue and would like to return it and have a replacement resent to me, reasonable request in my mind. They refused to allow me to exchange it and accused me of spot treating it. I explained I didn’t spot treat it, it hadn’t even been worn so there wouldn’t have even been a need to spot treat it. They accused me again and said they will not be doing anything about it so I’m left with a ruined top that was never worn and cost over $100. Clearly they are overpriced for the quality you’ll receive. They are unwilling to resolve customer dissatisfaction, even with very reasonable request as an exchange. I like the style of their clothing and even without the fabric being good quality, due to the style I could have justified buying more pieces if I were able to shop with peace of mind and know that they would resolve issues like this gracefully. They could have had a lifelong customer, and I’m certain I would have spent thousands more with them over time, but alas it seems the client relationship ended over a $100 shirt. They won’t see another cent from me. Beware of companies that choose to operate this way.

Great quality sleep shorts! Very comfortable. I'm typically a medium at 5'8 and 150 lbs but wish I got a small in these.

The quality of the material doesn’t go with the high pricing i didn’t get to contact their customer service but the sport bra elastic band rolled completely over and it hurts when i use it and makes it look bulky under clothes, they should have sewn it in the fabric so it doesn’t turn, but that wasn’t the only issues i paid $250 for three tiny items and expected more from the quality
