Love Joah every piece is beautifully made

This was my first purchase from the brand and size didn't work for me sadly, final sale so probably also my last order 🥲

Overpriced for the quality on most items, but have gotten a few gems. Don't expect to get a human response from their support team - I've emailed twice with questions and got the same canned answer with no offer for follow up.

I love everything Joah Brown. My whole wardrobe is being taken over now. Every piece I’ve purchased has been the best quality and nothing to complain about.

The sizing was completely different. I ordered XS for tops and those fit great. I ordered a S for my bikini top because I have JB bras and I’m in between an XS and S. Well the small bikini top barely covers me and it was a sale, so no exchanges. Really disappointed.

The capris are perfection. Great fit, comfortable and stylish.

I ordered the plunge racerback tank, it was shorter than I was expecting, but the quality is great. Shipping was fast, placed my order on a Tuesday and it arrived on Friday.

The clothes look great. She hasn't worn them out yet, but really likes them. Not cheap, so we will see how they last. Delivery was one week, which is OK.

Repeat customer...again quick shipping, delivered on time. Absolute butter feel of fabric and very flattering. I have a very large bust and this fits perfectly. Love it!

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience.

I purchased two bikini sets totaling over $400. The bikini tops ended up being much too small, so instead of returning everything, I chose to exchange them because I wanted to give the brand another chance despite already having some concerns about the quality.

I also thought their streetwear was really cute and had every intention of placing another order after I received my exchange items. Unfortunately, that never happened.

According to Joah Brown, they never received my exchange package. I did not keep my USPS drop-off receipt because I never imagined there would be an issue. I completely understand that companies have policies, and I respect that.

My disappointment isn't that they have a policy. It's that there was no effort to work with me or offer any reasonable solution after the package couldn't be verified. My exchange was canceled, I wasn't refunded or sent replacement items, and no alternative was offered.

To make matters worse, I still have the coordinating bikini bottoms, but I can no longer return them since the matching tops were part of the exchange. I'm now left with over $400 spent on two bikini sets that I can't wear.

With prices this high, I expected both the customer service and product quality to reflect a premium brand. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I understand that not every situation has a perfect solution, but I had hoped for more empathy and a greater willingness to work with a customer who had made a significant purchase and intended to continue shopping with the brand.

This experience changed my opinion of the company. I had planned to become a repeat customer, but instead I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope Joah Brown will consider handling situations like this differently in the future, as great customer service can make all the difference.

Delivery is great and love the clothing line

Top did not cover nipples, no refund available as the item was final sale. Size chart did not help.
