Based on the prices, I had high expectations for the products. However, the shorts I bought in a size medium fit more like an extra large. They are soft and the color is nice, but they’re extremely big and after wearing them only a couple of times the fabric has begun to wear out and of course I wasn’t allowed to return them. I haven’t tried out the other pieces I purchased, but unfortunately, I don’t have high hopes.

I ordered a swimsuit top twice now and they have sent the wrong item twice. I have emailed twice, called their number numerous times where no one answers, left 2 voicemails and no one has returned my calls or emails. I am out $200 dollars and it’s a joke you have to pay for shipping to return an item. Which I am unable to do because it’s a sale item and I would like to talk to someone.

Again, I will not be ordering from you in the future.

I have high expectations for JOAH Brown given the price point, but after multiple disappointing orders over the past few months, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I’ve experienced repeated issues with inconsistent sizing and quality. Several items fit very differently than advertised. For example, pants have inseams that are noticeably shorter than they appear on the models, and the “2-inch” shorts have an actual inseam of over 4 inches, creating a completely different fit than expected.

I’ve also had serious quality concerns. The darker colored fabrics transferred dye onto my skin and other clothing even after being washed multiple times. On top of that, a pair of sweatpants marketed as “pre-shrunk” shrank significantly after following the care instructions. Despite this, customer service refused to offer an exchange or refund.

The most frustrating part has been the customer service. Every response feels like a generic, prewritten template that doesn’t actually address the specific concerns I’ve raised about sizing, quality, or product inconsistencies. After several attempts to resolve these issues, I felt like no one was truly reading my messages.

For a brand that positions itself as luxury, I expected much better quality control and customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from JOAH Brown again.

My wife loved the new little dress with the dice on it, she had two compliments on it at dinner. Great quality, need more like it in different fabrics and colors of new designs. It's a winner.

Great quality fast shipping

I bought a pair of pants for my Wife an xs, and they arrived huge. We asked to do a return or exchange and they told me they dont do that for items on sale. Yikes. Certainly a red flag. Don't recommend.

I first came across Joah Brown when I was looking for a specific pair of socks to go with My Adidas Sambae chocolate brown shoes. I saw a picture of someone with the exact same shoes on line and the socks I was looking for !
After some research I found that Joah Brown had them. Ordered , fast shipping and happy all around ! Have ordered additional colors.

I didn't realize that the dress material was matte. In the photos it looks like it has a sheen to it. In person the color is lackluster and looks terrible on my complexion. I'd return it but it's final sale so looking for someone to give it to.
