The dress was too short for me.. when I went to return it.. they never responded to multiple of my emails and or ways of returning. It’s sad because the clothes are so cute but very sketchy that you can’t return or even exchange

This was my first time purchasing from the company and I didn’t receive my order. They were no help at all with trying to help.

The worst customer service. My first order and never again. I shipped the order to my business address which is located in a commercial building. I carefully put the suite number and everything. Days and weeks have passed and I didn’t receive my package even it said delivered because the delivery guy sometime placed in the wrong unit and someone will return after days or weeks. After two weeks I know my package has long gone. I contacted the carrier and call and they left a long message that says in the package have no suite number, which clearly had a suite number on my confirmation email. I emailed Joah brown costumer service. They send me the link to submit the claim, I was traveling for work and wasn’t have time to submit the claim. I didn’t get to submit the claim until June 29th which is exactly 1 month from my order day and guess what their website have a glitch and I could submit the claim with proof of voicemail (transcript) from the carrier. So we emailed right away, I didn’t get any response from them until July 2nd. Now that day my order passed 30 days window. There is nothing they can do. How to hell is their & carrier fault become my loss. No wonder their business is going down the hill. Never again! I’ll make sure no one I know will buy from them again.

This was my first and last purchase from Joah Brown.

I ordered a swim top during their sale and unfortunately the sizing chart was significantly off for me. I reached out immediately, explained that I simply needed to exchange my Medium for a Large, and even offered to pay all shipping costs. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a size exchange.

Customer service repeatedly quoted the “final sale” policy without making any effort to find a reasonable solution. What was most frustrating was that the size I needed was still showing as available on their website while they claimed they couldn’t process an exchange due to inventory thresholds.

I completely understand that businesses have final sale policies, but I also believe good customer service means making reasonable exceptions when sizing information doesn’t accurately reflect the fit, especially for a first time customer who is only requesting a different size.

Instead of trying to retain a new customer, I received scripted responses and no willingness to help. There are plenty of brands with similar products that stand behind their customers, and I’ll be purchasing from those companies instead.

Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again.

It’s been an age since I purchased a bunch of items of clothing, and EVERY SINgLE PIECE was a keeper. My mind is boggled. My flabbers are gasted. Luckily I was able to save quite a bit with the sale. Nonetheless, def aware of the pretty high price point. I get it though, honestly I do. I love that their clothes are actually made here in the states and more importantly, the quality speaks volumes and makes the higher cost worth every penny. Everything is SO ridiculously comfortable and flattering that short of being dramatic, I almost want to cry. With online shopping these days, it’s always a hit or miss. Not Joah Brown!!! I have no notes. None. Except I’m so glad I came across this brand! * Also, shipping was super quick.

I reached out to customer support about a hem on the boyfriend tank flipping up/not laying flat after wash. For a $78 tank, quality control should be part of the business. What struck me most was not the poor sample representation, but rather that their support dismissed the concern and classified it as ‘not a defect’, and ended the conversation. I just don’t love the idea of spending money somewhere that doesn’t seem to want to take action on QC feedback.

I’m a repeat customer at this point, like REPEAT repeat. All of my five+ orders have arrived quickly, well packaged, and each piece of clothing is SO comfortable and well made. I have zero complaints and can’t recommend Joah enough!

Quality clothes every time with a great fit. Shipping is easy and quick. I wish there was a rewards program since I’m buying so much haha

I have bought multiple items from this company and am extremely satisfied each and every time. While the price is a bit expensive, the quality is above other brands of clothing for sure. Every item is made well and the materials are soft and feel great on!

I love this brand. The clothing quality is amazing and sizing is pretty consistent. The website itself is great and easy to navigate. My clothing also was shipped in a reasonable time. I loved that I didn’t have to wait weeks to receive it. Overall, I love shopping from Joah Brown

The quality of the product was very good. While I didn't keep the item did to fitting issues, the product itself and the shipping process was impressive. I plan on ordering in the future.

The cuts can be super flattering but the fabric quality is very bad sometimes so that things come broken, snagged etc.
