Calibrate Reviews 

I was hesitant to participate in Calibrate but wanted to continue with my weight loss meds so had no choice. I have been surprised and grateful that it’s turned out to be a very positive experience. Karen has been supportive, insightful and encouraging in my journey to self-reflect; she hasn’t been pushy or judgmental. She’s allowed (encouraged) me to discover what works for “me” as I become more aware of the mental, emotional and physical toll that everyday “life” can present. I find that I’m being more intentional in doing small things that benefit me (small walks, drinking water, deep breathing, mindfulness). Karen has made something that I initially dreaded (and even considered not doing because of the “process”) turn into a positive and healthy experience.

Calibrate and my coach Crystal have become a huge lifeline for my difficult health goals and general motivation to succeed. I am thankful to know I am not alone and that there’s a knowledgeable team behind me to achieve what appeared unattainable. The calls are always positive and I look forward to them because I know my coach genuinely cares about my success. Her guidance and support is exactly what I need to turn my life around and become a stronger healthier father and husband to my family. Knowing that I am not alone in this journey has create peace of mind I lacked before. The worry that once existed has dried up for I am no longer feeding it. Today, thanks to my coach, I am creating short term goals I can focus and achieve. A healthier life style is becoming second nature thanks to my coach and Calibrate program! Thank you coach Crystal; I know I just started but i already feel different thanks to you!

Calibrate has been great! My coach Karen has been a great resource through this weight loss journey that I am on. Having the support of a coach makes me stay more accountable in reaching my goals.

My Coach Robin has been wonderful.

She is so positive and supportive and helps me understand that people are not perfect and trying for perfection is not sustainable. I like how the app keeps you accountable and helps you engage everyday. Its the first thing I do in the am and the last thing in the pm.

Throughout my journey, I've been incredibly fortunate to have the support of my coach, Julie. She's been instrumental in helping me find practical ways to integrate the lifestyle changes I'm learning about through Calibrate. Julie is very supportive, motivating, and helps me avoid self-sabotage. I don't think I would be 54 lbs down with her and Calibrate.

The professionalism of the team at Calibrate is great. My coach Rachel has motivated without pressuring me with my weight loss journey. She has made me think about not just losing weight but how to implement changes in eating, sleeping and making better decisions to make me healthier. I’m down 27lbs and feeling better than I have in years. Thanks to Rachel and the rest of the Calibrate team!!

Savanna has been amazing. Very informative and encouraging. The program overall won me over. I joined for the meds but got so much more. You’re changing peoples lives, keep it up.

Coach Brittney is the best. I can’t say enough good comments about her. She is professional. She is supportive. She is always on time. She has helped me so much in this weight loss journey. I look forward to speaking with her every other week. I love how she is non judgmental when I veer off my diet and gets me back on track. I don’t think I would be as far along in my weight loss journey.

Calibrate is an amazing program that provides you with the tools and accountability to support successful lifestyle changes. The information and bi weekly calls are very beneficial and worthwhile. I can’t say enough

My coach, Amy P. was phenomenal. This is my reason for giving an additional star. This is my second time signing up for Calibrate. I had a great experience the first time which is why I returned. I am sad to say the second time was very disappointing, namely because of the lab provider delays (I chose one recommended by Calibrate-waited a month for bloodwork results), waiting an additional three weeks to see a Calibrate doctor after the labwork, and what I believe to be a lack of transparency for the pricing of medication. Signing up for a 3 month commitment for $199 a month, at the beginning you should be informed that the medicine prescribed could cost you another $400-500 in addition to your monthly fee, if your insurance will not allow it. Instead, you are told that they know how to "work" with your insurance. By the time I was quoted the price for the medications, I was already two months into the program. I basically have paid $600 for 3 months of Weight Watchers. This is the kindest way that I can write this, and that is only because it has been awhile since I was quoted the medication prices and I have had time to distance myself from the frustration and anger.

Loved the coaches and program until 3 mos in after making great progress the clinician side of the program went MIA and left us hanging without prescription refills for Zepbound. Absolutely zero response from them after multiple requests and just ghosted my wife and I when we needed refills
