I love my coach Amy. She has been the best part of this whole program and journey. She has the best information, she’s educated, she’s compassionate. She keeps me motivated. I look forward to our virtual meetings every two weeks.

My coach is very good at motivating me. She is very positive, and she provides good suggestions about areas where I am having issues. When I sometimes don't meet my goals, I feel supported rather than judged. The counseling I get is personalized to my specific needs. The coaching has been a big part of my weight loss.

My coach is great. She comes up with a plan I can follow but I do wish we could have every two weeks again instead of once of month. I really think that helped with the first year for me to meet/achieve my goals.

She was very knowledgeable and kind. Very passionate about me reaching my goals and gave me a lot of excellent advice.

I can't say enough about the coaching and how supportive that has been. My check ins with Coach Robin have been the highlight of the program for me. She has such a great approach to helping me re-frame negative thoughts patterns. I am surprised by how much I was able to accomplish during my time in the Calibrate program!

Everyone so far that I have had to deal with at Calibrate, has been very pleasant and helpful, especially my coach, Teri! She keeps me on a positive path, with her ideas with which path I should take next.

My calibrate experience overall has been very positive. I have currently lost 108 pounds. I started out at 243 lbs and I am currently at 135 lbs. It's been a year and a half now since starting the program. My husband and I joined together. For the first 6 months wegovy was out of stock, but we made the conscious choice to start following the food and exercise plan and go for it until we could get the medication. We both ended up losing about 30 lbs each just by changing our eating habits and making changes to our lifestyle before starting the injection. We have kept each other accountable, and made it a goal to make this a permanent change. This is the first program that didn't feel like a diet that we would eventually give up on. We appreciated the fact that there was regular coaching available and regular material available for us to read. Which was also unlike any other "diet" we had tried in the past. Calibrate has been a long term plan that doesn't feel like a challenge because we aren't depriving ourselves of the foods we love. It taught us how to eat differently but still enjoy the foods we love. For example I would cook a healthier pasta option add a protein and vegetables and less of a sauce to it and it was like the ready made skillet meals that we used to buy in the past but it was so much healthier for us and tasted better too. And my kids would eat it without a complaint which was also a plus, in fact they prefer my "homemade" skillets now. We still enjoyed treats now and then on holidays or vacations too we just learned how to control our portions, eat them occasionally, and in moderation and to not over indulge. We also baked goodies ourselves using healthier recipes with sugar free options, and substituted natural ingredients like fruit or organic honey. Needless to say it has felt easy and hasn't felt like a chore. Our kids, and family members have seen the change in us and have been inspired by us and are now paying attention to what they are fueling their bodies with, and asking us for advice on healthy meals, and joining us at the gym for our workout sessions too. We both have met our healthy weight goal and are currently tapering off of the medication now and we are focusing on staying consistent with our exercise routine. We have been strength training and seeing great results and are both stronger than we have ever been. I never imagined i would feel this great in my body at 43 years old and be back to my pre pregnancy weight from before I had my first child almost 20 years ago. My husband has also inspired multiple people that also work for fedex to join Calibrate and that saw the huge change in him and they have started getting healthy and seeing success as well. My goal is to continue to work on getting stronger now, and I hope I can share with others that this is doable. If i can do it anyone can. It just takes dedication, and small changes to achieve long term success. It's worth it to be healthy, happy, and strong for life. It just starts with making the choice to make the change, and to not give up on yourself.

Patricia is THE best

My coach is so patient, understanding, and unbelievably positive. I've fallen short on some goals in the past but she doesn't allow me to dwell on or let them become roadblocks to me. I know she can see my progress in the app but I'd love to send her a side by side photo of my progress.

The response from the support team has been much more delayed recently. In the beginning it was very fast but now it is not uncommon to go more than a week before I hear back.

My coach is very easy to talk to and understands my needs. Works with me to set reasonable goals and encourages me to keep going.

Calibrate is an exciting tool I get to be apart of. I do enjoy my coaching sessions with Coach Karen. She keeps me in check and we focus on realistic goals. She is never judgmental and always kind and helpful.

Coach Candice is the best and she is very helpful and easy to get along with and makes me feel comfortable.

My experience with Calibrate has been amazing. The online help is great and there are so many tools to help you. My coaching appointments with Coach Rutu S are excellent, she has given me great recipes and exercise plans that fits for me. And weekly goals that I feel comfortable achieving and feel positive. I would fully recommend this experience.
