Fairly straight forward to get pet insurance sorted and at a good price

After searching many different insurers for my dog, i came across fluffy. Prices were very good for the cover and i really loved the personal touch having been emailed from the company and not a generic email. Was no pressure to buy either which is a big tick for me. The app is also great for me, as a first time dog owner, the training is very helpful and having vet advise on hand helps put my mind at ease and theyve been helpful with any concerns. Really happy with the service, cannot fault them.

As stated by many it's an insurance you hope to never need. But by shopping around for both price and service we felt they were right for us. An easy transaction and whilst we we shopping around the CEO emailed us to enquire about our potential business. I am old and afraid rather cynical in my old age I'm sorry to say. But I found his interest and concern very uplifting and will endeavour to improve my attitude as a result.

Easy to apply for, great price for cat insurance compared to the others and a £75 Amazon voucher sent after 15 days via an MSE link. Good cover, smooth process and great comms. I’d recommend. Only neg is the mobile app is designed for dogs not cats.

Went with Fluffy as the prices were extremely reasonable and the coverage they offered was comprehensive and easy to understand. Having had to use insurance for my cat in the past it is important to have a good policy which is what I have got with Fluffy. Hoping I don't need to use them but feel confident that if I do need to claim it will be straightforward.

The process of obtaining insurance was very simple. I had a couple of subsequent queries and these were answered in super quick time in a very efficient manner. Very easy to do business with and insurance provided at a competitive price.

Wasn't sure as it's a relatively new product, but honestly I was surprised. The most pleasant insurance experience I've had in years of owning a dog.

Their system is always down. Not reassuring for an insurer. I tried to get a quote multiple times and it never worked although they say they are live in market. Looks like a marketing scam to me where they collect email addresses…
