Ben Marriott came and fixed some stuff for us. Nothing particularly major but turned up with a smile on his face and sorted our stuff out within an hour or so. Nothing seemed to faze him. He identified something relatively significant with our bath tub....again not an issue. Sorted it. Really pleased with Jones Homes and Ben. Thank you for popping over :-)

Lyndsey was very helpful. We have a brand new house and completeted a snagging list with Lyndsey. A very attentive Martin came yesterday to carry out some of the snagging list. He was not supplied with an air vent for the downstairs cloakroom so could not complete this issue. Martin’s work was excellent ie 100% completely satisfied with the care and attention he took and he obviously had pride in his work.

Whoever painted our house internally was slap dash and paint splashes on tiled floors, all our door hinges,sanitary ware. I would not have expected this sloppy work from a prestigious company ie Jones Homes. Our house was the show home so would have expected a far better internal finish.
All the door hinges need changing due to the amount of paint on them.
Ridge tile/s on porch still not level. I can provide a telephone number if you want for an excellent roofer.
Dinah was very accommodating with the price. Would have been nice to have received a phone call a couple of days after we moved in from Dinah as Dinah sold us the property.

The homes are lovely from the outside, but to be honest not the best quality, particularly internal walls, as you can hear everything loudly from one room to the next with doors closed. Main issue though is customer service, once you are in they ignore you, shocking communication and complete ignorance to issues. If you buy from them, hope it's perfect from the start, or you are in for months of stress.

Great quality home, excellent customer service.

We decided to purchase a Jones Home after we had viewed many different homes and developments within the surrounding area of Eggborough, selby and Snaith. Without a doubt Jones Homes are the best quality builders around. I visited show homes from other builders/developers and Jones are by far the best from sales, customer service and aftercare.
The week before we moved into our new home we had an inspection day with the site manager (Alan) where we walked around the house and garden to make sure that we were happy with everything before handover.
WOW, it is absolutely beautiful, not just a house but a beautiful home. A forever home..!
The day after completion, day after we moved into our home we had a knock on the door from Jeanette,(sales advisor) Alan (site manager)and Simon Smith (customer care) all of which have been amazing. What a Team..!
So professional, really helpful and very caring.
The little snagging jobs that we’ve come across have been dealt with the same day by Simon Smith, absolutely nothing is any trouble to this guy. Simon is an asset to Jones homes. Very friendly, explains everything and carries out his work with extreme professionalism and care from start to finish. The whole workforce at Jones Teasel Green are a fantastic, professional, caring, friendly and hard working Team. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone on this site. Everyone has been and still is caring, consistent, and considerate.
We can highly recommend Jones homes, the site at Teasel Green and the quality HOME to anyone who is considering a new build. You honestly won’t find a better quality home than a Jones Home. 5 Stars from us.

Really good sales process and very diligent when it came to correcting where there were snagging issues.
Huge concerns over quality of doors and windows . Had a number already replaced due to scratches and out of alignment. Made very clear that I founded anything further it was too late . However I still gave a number scratched that I didn’t originally see

The experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly patient, guiding us through every step of the process and helping us navigate any barriers that we faced along the way, which was incredibly helpful as first time buyers. Communication lines were always clear, timely and proactive - we never felt out of the loop at all!

What truly stood out was the high levels of customer service. Every interaction felt personal and professional, and we always felt that our needs were genuinely valued. The team (Karen, Nicole and Jeff) were friendly, approachable and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.

The experience was great by meeting Gail. She went into great depth about the properties available
She gave us time to look at each individual property at our own pace. She was very professional and helpful and a credit to the company.

Ben and Martin are both friendly guys who took time to explain each phase of the works they'd be undertaking when replacing our ensuite shower tray. They also showed respect for our home by working very tidily. The work was only completed this afternoon and we cannot use the shower until a couple of days' time, however, it all looks good. We did very much appreciate the heads up from one of the guys that it appears our shower plate was not installed flush against the wall of our ensuite when our house was built so we will take his advice and report this to Customer Services to arrange to rectify.

Excellent from day 1 so happy with our decision to move to a Jones home . The service and quality of the homes are excellent! Sandra also needs a mention as she looked after us and our every need. Thank you we look forward to moving into our new home .

We recently purchased a home at the Sunfield site by Jones Homes, and the whole experience has been nothing short of brilliant. From our very first visit, Julie, the sales executive, stood out with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care throughout the entire process.

She kept us informed at every stage, answered all our (many!) questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and enjoyable. We had quite a long list of extras and customisations, and Julie took the time — even over the weekend — to carefully go through everything with us and get it all submitted in time. Thanks to her, we genuinely feel like we’ve got the home we really wanted.

The build quality is excellent – we’re genuinely pleased with the finish and attention to detail.

We recently moved into our new home in the Sunfield Development Wilmslow.
Julie has been supportive throughout the whole purchasing process providing regular updates.
Completion day went smoothly and Julie and Harvey were present on the day to greet us and were really helpful.
We have had a number of minor snagging issues since moving in and most have been rectified and updates given on outstanding issues.
Hopefully this will be on ongoing process.
