We completed on our property in February 2025 and couldnt be happier with the experience we have had from start to finish. We originally saw our dream home in March 2024 and was keen to reserve the very last of this house type on the development. Gail at Wentworth View has supported us from start to finish to allow us to secure our dream home. When the plot we wanted was ready to reserve, we hadnt sold our property, but Gail knew how much we wanted this and pulled strings to let us reserve whilst we continued to look for a buyer. When our house didnt sell as quickly as we wanted, Gail helped us even further. The after care we have received has been amazing - with special thanks to Liam the site manager and Simon & Ben in customer care team - who have been quick to solve any (tiny) snags we had and continue to do so. We couldn't be happier with our home - the quality of the property is like no other new build we have seen and the specifications are fantastic. We have had no major issues or snags and anything we have picked up on have been quickly sorted. We love our house so much, it is truly our forever home, but mostly we wanted to recognise Gail. She is a real asset to Jones Homes and fantastic at her job, leading us every step of the way. We would recommend Jones Homes to anyone considering buying a new build. We never imagined ourselves to buy new and always thought we would buy another older home, full of character, but Jones Homes does it right and the character we were looking for can be found in our newer property.

I’ve just had a replacement front door fitted by Ben & Martin and I can’t speak highly enough of them both. The attention to detail and finish is first class and I’m really pleased with the finished article

All the Jones Homes staff, from the beginning to the end of the process have been very friendly and helpful. The site agent (Paul) has been exceptional.
The House itself has lived up to my high expectations.

I cannot rate the quality of work provided by Martin and Ben highly enough. They refitted a shower tray and door and the work was carried out to the highest standard. Not only that, they are polite and extremely respectful of your property. They are a credit to Jones Homes.

The communication between the sellers and us was very good. Jackie and Sandra (Rotherham) were very professional and they made sure everything was good for us. The house itself was build to an excellent standard even the clearing prior to moving in. The builders left it spotless. I would recommend a family or friend buying from Jones homes

We had a lot of repairs/snags to get completed and the Jones Homes Team were very responsive and committed to getting their tradesmen to our property in order to rectify all issues. We felt very supported by the whole Jones Team throughout. The Site Managers and Sales Teams teams are especially worth mentioning.

Exceptional experience in buying a new home. From the first moment we approached the sales office to enquire about our new home to the post-sale assistance, everything has been great in terms of customer service. Denise and Nicola in the sales office and
Chris and Luke (site managers) have been very responsive to our needs and have met our expectations (and beyond!). We are so happy we went with a Jones Homes for our new house and we’re enjoying every moment.

Ben M (Customer care) came to correct a misaligned window that had been installed incorrectly by the window contractor.
Ben came on time at the agreed date first thing, talked us through the work that was being undertaken, completed the work, and left everything very tidy ensuring we were happy with the work done.
He went above and beyond our expectations, as I asked if he had time to re-seal our bath that had dropped as we’ve been in the house for over a year. He was more than happy to do this.
Ben is a credit to Jones Home customer care team.

I visited the Jones Sales Office site at Eggborough on the 21 February with my adult daughter and we were delighted to meet Janette the Sales Advisor! She gave us the background of Jones Housing and gave us the full run down on the houses on the site along with the time and availability of all the homes! This was then followed up by a visit to all the Show Houses on this site.
We were blown away by the quality and build and how spacious they were! Janette was warm and welcoming and nothing was too much for her! We were interested in both the Stratton 11 and The Latchford 11 5 bedroom as we have a large family!
Janette spent well over an hour with us.
We had to cut shirt our stay but I returned again thr next day with my wife .. Janette was just there and again very helpful and friendly and went through the facts and information for my wife! Janette issued us with Personal Protection Equipment and took us onto the site to see the two plots we liked! She was very knowledgeable and formative about all the Jones products and materials on this site! On her recommendation was travelled to Maltby and saw the Stratton 11 at the Maltby site!

Again the Sales Advisor the (Sharron) was very helpful . We spent over an hour looking around this wonderfully presented house! We established that Jones were flexible with offering extras in the house!

Unfortunately, we have a very large family with a lot of large furniture and we felt that the smaller bedrooms were just not big enough for our needs! The Master and Bedrrom 1 were ideal. The lounge was also too small!

However, overall the sites are amazing and I would recommend anyone to go and have a Look at the superb houses that Jones build!

Finally, the Sales staff are amazing.

The house is well built finishing is great and customer service is excellent.

What can we say? Karen was amazing throughout our experience. Her friendly, caring, supportive and professional approach is second to none. We visited many various property sales departments and we can honestly say Karen was exceptional. Fabulous asset to your team. She was very informative and kept us in the loop during our house sales and purchase journey. Moving is one the three biggest stressors in life but Karen helped give us reassurance with her kindness, understanding and patience making it more of a positive experience. David Jones Properties give a great back up service and the house demo was greatly appreciated before completion.

As opposed to other property developers, David Jones was upfront with no hidden extra costs. We chose our beautiful new home because of this reason and the excellent service we received throughout. Big thanks to Karen again. 🙏🏻🏡💝 Debbie & Ajay

I would fully recommend buying with Jones homes. We were originally apprehensive about moving and buying a new build however this worry was alleviated once we visited the Hillside Way site at Harthill and were able to view the quality in the show home.

Most of our stress and apprehension of moving house has been eased with the simply move scheme offered by Jones . With so many added extras in the property, along with the moving package (stamp duty paid, £3000 towards estate agents fees and contribution to moving fees). The company has facilitated the sale of our current property through simply move. This included weekly support from our sales advisor Sandra Wakefield. Sandra was able to liaise with our selling agents to monitor potential buyers and guide us through the process of achieving the quickest sale possible to secure the reservation on our new home.

We can’t thank Sandra enough for working tirelessly to provide us with the best experience, being so knowledgable of the whole process and is overall a lovely person. Thank you for always being at the end of a phone or email to update and reassure. We appreciate all of your help in making our move possible :)

David Gibson was the sales advisor working on Saturday when we went to have look around. We fell in love with the show home style of house, we spoke with David and he was not pushy with us, he wanted to give us plenty of thinking time to make sure this was the right decision for us. We felt this experience was one of the best experiences to have when buying a home as this will be our forever home. The experience David gave us made us feel this was the right decision therefore we purchased our forever home with Jones Homes.

I love their new home’s design - you can see the quality build over some of the other developers.

Like any new home you will get snagging issues - these are normal and it’s how the developer handles these types of challenges.

Jones has always acted fast and ensured things are fixed quickly.

The team from sales and Paul construction site manager have always been available to me to help resolve issues as quickly as possible. Paul has always been approachable and assisted me with all my snagging issues, even coming to the us a number of times to check on the property.

I have no hesitation in recommending Jones and providing a 5 star rating.
