Almost everything went according to plan, unfortunately Jones were unable to change bathroom detail or fencing around the property. The paving behind the house was hardly adequate.

Extremely brilliant experience and very helpful and friendly staff, In honest i must say I am very impressed and extremely pleased with my experience with jones home. The sales consultant named Jeff was so helpful,friendly and professional all from beginning to the end of the whole process when I get the key to my home on Friday, it was amazing the warm welcome I received above all, I will surely recommend jones home to you.

I had a large aftercare issue that was a worry for me as i didn't want too much disruption in my home. Thank you to Jonny in Customer Care he was very re-assuring and the work was completed seamlessly by their lovely team. Thank you.

I am so pleased with my new home, it’s built and decorated to a very high standard. The sales team, Jeff and Rachel, were professional and efficient and guided me throughout my purchasing journey. The site manager, David and his team are also very helpful, nothing you ask is too much for them to do. Overall I have had an excellent experience with Jones Homes.

The few minor issues raised were dealt with efficiently thank you, timing agreed to inspect and resolve where necessary.
Gary arrived on the day agreed and did a great job all fixed to my satisfaction even going the extra mile with a smile to ensure I was happy with the jobs - which made all the difference on gloomy wet day.

We've been looking for a home for 5+ years and nothing seemed to fit or something always went wrong during the process.
Immediately on meeting Julie Roberts everything seemed seamless. Her helpful attitude and charming demeanour eased us into the biggest purchase of our life.
She was so clear and kind, frequently staying late to accommodate my unworldly working hours and answering calls when she had clearly finished for the day.
Every step of the way she was readily available and soon became a fan favourite for the whole family (including my kids!)
Her can do attitude continued even after the contracts, she was there with a bright smile to give us our keys and even helped sort our deliveries for us.
After purchase i'd heard the new build horror stories but Charlie (assistant site manager) was a breath of a fresh air and generally lovely to deal with.
We were initially reluctant to buy a new build but i truly can't recommend this team enough.
You can really see a sense of care and wanting to complete a job to a high standard which as first time buyers has been so greatly appreciated. A big thanks to Julie, Charlie & Phil from us all.

Ben has worked on my property multiple occasions and each time he has surpassed expectations. He has been friendly, warm and answered any questions I have had in addition to offering advice on potential alternatives. Ben has always gone above and beyond and I remember a time when there was an issue with the front door and he went away to get the necessary parts to ensure the door was repaired before leaving. I would be happy for Ben to come back on any future snags.

The support from the first day right up until completion to post snagging from the sales and site team at Cavendish park was nothing short of amazing. Carl, Jaz and Lindsay were always there to answer any questions and ensure we were comfortable and reassured throughout buying out property. The effort and pride taken by the site team to create our beautiful home is exceptional. The team didn’t stop on the day of completion, supporting us when times were tough as a family, making us feel welcomed and at home on the estate. Thank You!

Ben and Martin must be some of the nicest guys and have a real passion for the jobs they do.

We bought a new home on Roseacre Gardens six years ago and we have been very happy with our choice. Just this last year we have had an intermittent issue with the roof, expecting to have to go through an NHBC claim. However Jones Homes customer service stepped in and have worked tirelessly to resolve the problem at their expense. I need to mention Caroline Rosbotham in particular who has been brilliant for us. If only all customer service was as good as this. Thank you Caroline.

Terrible experience. Moved in end of April 2022 to suit their end of financial year target! Standard of build very very poor. No where near 5 star finish. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Noisy, draughty windows - and doors that do not fit the opening they sit in. Their answer to this ‘they are fitted to our standard build’ this does not agree with their advertising and promoting of ‘exceptional finish - perfecting every last detail’.
They are exceptional at promoting how good they are; they are exceptional at answering the issues and saying the right things; they are also exceptional at not following through with the issues that need to be put right once they have been addressed.
I have written a formal complaint, which again was addressed, but still waiting for numerous issues to be dealt with. Exceptional - Jones Homes - Again!

We moved into our new build at Hillside Way a couple of weeks ago and we love our new home.
Our sales advisor, Sandra, kept us updated throughout the process and continues to check in with us even after the move. The site manger, Liam, has also been great and is promptly sorting the minor snags found so far. A positive experience to date.

Generally, I was very pleased with the customer service in terms of the sales advice - very outstanding right from the start to the completion of the property and handover. This included the provision of the right documentation and the clear guidelines which eased the filling up of the paperwork and other contract provisions throughout the stage processes. It enabled a smooth and satisfactory completion of my purchase and handover. Finally, I was impressed with the quality of the finished product. And after taking over the property, the Site Manager and Sales Advisor were brilliant with continuous prompt responses and follow-up checks whenever called upon to assist if there was an issue, however small it was. Generally, the entire management and staff dealt with, workers or contractors of Jones Jones Homes are all courteous, friendly and true professionals.

Jones Homes made the process of buying our new home a pleasant experience.
They kept us informed regularly along each stage of the process.
Our sales advisor Sandra was very helpful and informative making it a smooth process. I would recommend Jones Homes for the quality of the build to their customer service and aftercare.

We have been living in our beautiful home for just over a month now, we must say we are so so happy and blessed to be here.

Big massive thanks to Karen the sales advisor she has been absolutely fantastic, words simply can’t explain how thankful and grateful we are for all Karen done for us during the process of buying our first home.

Paul the site manager has been fantastic also helping us with the after care of our home- very minor snags but actioned very quickly and smoothly.

I have just moved into a Jones Homes property on Cavendish Park Bolsover and must report on the premium service that both the sales advisors “Jas Khair & Lyndsey Morton” have provided me along this journey. Nothing has been too much trouble for both of them whenever I needed any information or advice, always with a smile and warm welcome and a wave when I walk past the office.Massive thx to both of them for going the extra mile and the house is awesome by the way

I am in the process of selling a property they built. I needed quite alot of information regarding various guarantees etc which related to the flat.
They have been so helpful and quick in their response in providing information to me. So Lovely to deal with via telephone and emails. A special shout out to Liz and Jonny who have been so thorough in and amongst their other workload. A big Thank you. Very impressed.
