Great car seat that will last a long time. Removable cover that washes with adjustable headrest.

Tried to return this still unopened and after a number of emails they respond to say they dont offer refunds to Republic of Ireland. Website never stated this when purchasing. Avoid this seller

Placed an order with JoviKids over a month ago and received the wrong item. I reached out to their customer service immediately, but it took over a week to get a response — apparently, they were “on holiday.” I wasn’t aware that an entire business shuts down because one person takes time off.

The customer service was shockingly poor. There was zero urgency or interest in resolving the issue, and communication has been nearly impossible since. They’ve made no effort to replace the incorrect item they sent, leaving me no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank to try and recover my money.

Avoid at all costs!

One week after ordering I’d not received any tracking or dispatched information. I emailed to ask and got nothing back, the following day I emailed saying I was going to do a charge back if I don’t get any information. 3 minutes later (yes three!) I got a reply saying they’d been on holiday and the item is not in stock. I didn’t realise a large company relied solely on one person 🤣
I asked for a refund but 2 days later still haven’t had a response to say if It has been processed or not. I shall be doing a charge back and AVOID this company in the future.

I ordered a car seat from this company. Once I had paid I checked trust pilot after (silly) and panicked when I saw all the bad reviews. I honestly didn't think we'd get the car seat or if we did it would be rubbish. I opened a claim with paypal. However, the next day, the car seat arrived, exactly as described, safe, robust, very well made. It does meet European standards. The isofix works great as well as an extra support
strap. Very impressed. I have closed my PayPal claim as very happy. So if like me you did yhe same thing, don't panic just yet!

Abbiamo ricevuto il seggiolino auto Jovi Kids per nostra figlia di quasi 10 mesi e non potremmo esserne più soddisfatti! La qualità dei materiali è ottima, il design è moderno e soprattutto praticissimo: la rotazione a 360° è una svolta nella vita di ogni genitore. Metterla in macchina è diventato semplice, veloce e senza stress, e lei è comoda e sicura.

Si vede che dietro c’è attenzione, cura e amore per i più piccoli. E poi… lo slogan dice tutto: Joyful kids, joyful trip.

I can not believe that this company is being suggested all over the Internet and has such bad reviews. I went ad made an order without checking here first on apr 25 2025. I will now be claiming my money back and blocking the payment.

Unreliable company with no customer service, does not care about the client, do not buy the product!

I have contacted them several times, but have received little response or a solution. I still haven't received my car seat.

After nearly 3 weeks, there has been no sign of the product or contact

Shockingly bad!
Bought a car seat said it will be delivered in 3 days, 2 weeks later no sign and no response from customer service despite cancelling order. Now done chargeback on credit card

Stay away at all cost, after 2 weeks from placing my order I had no response and I did send them email and they replied me after 2 days and told me they don’t have the pink or blue color car seat in stock and they only got black one, when I ordered the pink one it was showing in stock on the website and even now still showing it is in stock!!!!

Avoid this company at all cost. Ordered a car seat based on the fact it said can ship within 2 days and the item was in stock on the website. One week went by and still no update. The only way to contact them is to send a message. You will notice you only get a reply at 3am in the morning - I assume they outsource everything to India. After a lot do back and forth and messages not making sense and no apology and them telling me because I paid by PayPal extra checks have to be carried out before sending - even though they’ve taken payment straight away. Wtf? I managed to cancel the order. I still have not received a refund so will be raising the issue with my bank.

Worst customer service. Do not order save your time . I have placed qn ordered which was listed for sale ,after about a week I have contracted for the delivery they goes it out of stock but they never told me they can't give me the item which they sold .

Customer service was prompt and helpful.

TLDR:
It’s a fraud.. do not buy from them..
Despite website saying shipping in EU is FREE (in capital letters). Turns out it is not!

Full story:
I made an order, payment when through.

About two weeks later I still did not receive the order.

Then I realised that I did not get any email from them about order confirmation.

I emailed them (their email alias to communicate with customers is marketing1.. wtf?!) inquiring about my order (good that I saved order number). Their response was:

‘Hello, due to the shipping policy of the independent website, some regions require a certain amount of shipping and customs clearance fees. We understand your feelings, and this is where the current shipping policy for independent websites is not perfect. If you can accept this fee, an independent website employee will send you a payment link. If you do not accept this fee, we will process the refund for you as soon as possible. We respect your choice and look forward to your reply.’

Basically they use some platform like shopify to build their site and it does not have functionality (or they do not know how) to customise shipping cost per country… I don’t care about their internal problems, I am a customer and I just want a trustworthy service.

I wonder if I had not emailed them myself if they would ever had reached out to me? Or sit quietly and hope I forgot about my car seat order and just keep my money?

Avoid them!

They didn’t have the item in stock but didn’t tell me until over a week later when I messaged them to ask where my car seat was they offered to replace with a cheaper less spec car seat or a refund obviously I requested a refund that was in September and not heard anything back. Should have checked reviews before purchasing!

I bought a car seat from them and unfortunately, reading the description, I thought it would be fine for my car that doesn't have an isofix system. I contacted customer service for a return (guaranteed by their policy) and it took me two weeks to organize the return, waiting for them to give me an address to send it to. Another two weeks have passed and, despite the goods being returned in perfect conditions, I have not received any refund and they are unable to verify the status of my return. The dialogue with customer service was long and tiring, and difficult to resolve. Quality products.
