Really good sweets but the ones I chose shouldn't of all been put together it would of been better to be sent in separate packets I will be ordering again but only having sweets that go together

Took 15 days for the product to arrive. Don’t get me wrong for how much you get it’s worth the money, however after looking at their apparent delivery times, not worth the lie and the wait.

We ordered these as we believed they were what were shown on the box how wrong were we!!! We received 2 boxes of chocolate fingers absolute waste of money asked for a refund they were not interested DO NOT BUY THESE BOXES absolute rip off

shocking delivery still waiting ordered about a week ago and still not even been dispatched or out for delivery this place needs to sort themselves out emailed them 2 times asking them where my order is and i’ve been ignored both times i’m really not happy with this company they should be ashamed of their buisness

Delivery was great and good pricing, but sent me 1 bad instead of 2, i expect to be sent another

First time I've ordered and will be the last. Zero communication and customer treated with contempt. Wrong order sent and instead of contacting me to say they've ran out of a particular item, they instead send whatever else they have in stock and providing no shipping note and no explanation. When I complained, zero customer service and no apology. Expected to return Items at own cost, utter joke of a company. Items took forever to arrive too. Wish I had never bothered ordering.

Really good choice of halal sweets and I didn’t realise they were local to me and offered to deliver it themselves the next day which I am very grateful about! Will definitely be back with future orders as I’m happy about mine :)

Still have not received my order from December 6, 2024. Do not order from this company! They blame it on US customs. But they were okay with taking my money.

I have tried and tried to rectify the problem with no results ...I ordered on 15th December they had put a post on fb saying the 16th was last day to order to get the sweets for Christmas...so myself and a family member put our orders together and ordered got a tracking number eventually but all it is states is my parcel is on the way to them ..when I've contacted evri they say its still with sender ...I have emailed ..fb messaged even tiktok messaged and I am being totally ignored yet others are being responded to ...I did order previously and it came but communication was definitely a problem but I thought it was just a glitch so put in a second order and told friends and family which I regret ...I have now asked for a full refund which again as been ignored I will not let this go ...who do these companies think they can get away with treating paying customers this way ..I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering . Update****** Was eventually asked if I wanted a refund or to resend sweets I opted for the refund on the 7th January but still nothing back have messaged on fb twice still no reply ..this is exhausting tbh but it wasn't just my money it was also,a family members so ill keep messaging and update you soon

Delivery was good, well packed and tasted even better. 2nd time I have ordered from here and will continue to do so. Didnt even realise how close they are, supporting local business is a bonus

Lack of communication, part of order refunded and no email to show it. Delivery took longer than expected. Products are ok tho.

I will never order from this company again I ordered on 9th December in plenty of time for Christmas and they are still not here and by the tracking info are not likely to be here until after Christmas! 2-5days after dispatch is a load of rubbish it been over that already and I’m still waiting. Communication with this company is shocking too I messaged them on fb and no answer

Placed my order beginning of december, have contacted them last week for an update & was told due to be dispatched. Did receive email day after with a tracking number but the parcel hasn’t moved & when I contact delivery company they say still with sender! Have tried email them again few times & nothing. It’s Christmas presents !!!

The sweets look really top quality, delivery was spot on as listed, ok there was no communication from the seller when I asked a question about delivery but it’s Christmas so I’m sure they are very busy packing orders. Would defo order again.

I feel awful writing this review. I’ve ordered from this company a few times. Cheap prices and great sweets. However every time I have ordered, I have issues with the delivery service. So this time I thought I would place my Christmas present order on 25th November, assuming it would be plenty of time for delivery. But unfortunately I have no tracking information from 4th December, no updates from seller after emails sent and no delivery. Which has now left me in a situation to quickly find presents for 5 family members, which means more money spent after a £40 order. I wouldn’t order again unfortunately due to this matter. Unless the delivery service improves. - UPDATE from seller, hoping my items will be here tomorrow, I really don’t have much hope. Also received a very unexpected, rude, and not well handled customer service email from owner. Will most definitely not order from them again! - UPDATE I received my order on Friday.

I placed my order on 29th November, then got an email on the 6th December to say it has been done and despatched, with a tracking number with Evri, but when you check the tracking number on Evri they are still waiting for it to arrive ???. I have sent them 2 emails, 1st one asking about my order and then the 2nd one asking for a refund But No Reply. I know they are busy this time of year but this isn't on. Delivery is supposed to be 2 to 5 working days ???.

I ordered a pot of chocolate icy cups. The delivery was good and arrived in plenty of time, however the packaging was inefficient. The plastic tub was crushed and cracked and chocolate was flaked everywhere in the box.

Another good sale and fast postage. A1.
