The accused me of stealing and when I didn't want the help they started swing I have attitude and I have bad Manners when I when I said I don't care if you talk about me like that and then they started having attitude and I am a loyal customer I always come there to buy world I always get myself seriously they've been somewhere holding my own money and when I came when I came in last time they accused me of stealing and I like I have my own money and there was a slave who was kipped on being me so I just like you guys to fire fire them or get an I knew employee cuz I will not be expecting this thing again and one thing I want to guys make sure that you people are good together who can actually search them

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They advertised something completely different than what I received. I'm starting a PayPal dispute as they won't respond to my emails.

Really terrible company , please do not order from them. I’ve placed 3 orders , the first I’ve returned and they said they’d issued a refund but still pending on PayPal and they don’t respond to any emails, so I’ve not received a refund of over £100. The second no refund either and seems to have got lost in the return process and the 3rd, just hadn’t been delivered , no update on tracking and once again no response from customer service. This really is a scam company , which I am now going to take legal action to claim back the £300 they have essentially illegally stolen from me. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent item back for refund (poor fit) but was emailed a gift card instead of payment being returned to my card. My emails requesting a full refund have received no response. Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Bought two dresses for my partner, one was ok and the second was absolute rubbish. Thin wrinkled material which no one would ever consider wearing. Returns window was only two weeks so we are stuck with two dresses we wanted to return. I’ll never buy from this store again and I suggest you avoid them also.

The material is awful , super cheap. Doesn't even look like the product they advertise. They advertised the dress as a luxe suede , that is a joke, it's garbage super thin & poor quality. Do not order anything.
It was delivered 19 days after I ordered. The good thing is they did issue me a full credit!

Very worst I have order an jerking on December 16 but still I haven't received it have already paid the amount as well but still there is no refund as well

The fabric is so thin it’s virtually transparent.

This is an excellent company. I first found it in Queen Street in Glasgow, then Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow .
The quality is really good and the range is fabulous.
I have bought many items over the years and have been gifted some by friends.
I'm delighted I can still purchase online as this store is one of my ' go to' places for everyday or occasion wear and gifts. I really like the originality of the items available.
I have recommended Joy to many people.
I do prefer to shop on sale as I have a beery budget and champagne taste.

I was charged twice on two separate days for the same exact sweatshirts. I've been trying to reach out to the company that did this and they will not respond. I gladly take an exchange, but I can't even get their address.

got the t-shirt with Jesus "dissapointmenyts all of you". the image is of the worst plastic feeling. impossible to wear.

I bought an item, and wanted to return as it was wrong size, I couldn't use the UK returns portal as it kept saying it wasn't available in my region.
I screenshot it and emailed Joythestore 1.5 weeks ago. I have had no response. I emailed again, still no response.
So I have used Royal Mail app *send an item* to return it,
There's no phone number, I am thinking message them on Ebay, but i read another review in here where someone had messaged Joy on Instagram and no response...
This is such awful customer service!!
I've been buying from Joy for 18 years and the customer service has really gone downhill!!

Edit to add: Louche and Joythestore are the same and owned by Nese, 8 Beadman Street, London, United Kingdom, SE27 0DN. This is where all returns go to. So perhaps write to them? Or look on Companies House for both Louche and Joy going back a few years, it may explain why things have changed!!

Impossible to return anything. The returns portal states returns aren’t accepted and to email customer services. Customer services won’t respond to any emails and there is no phone number. My return is well within their ts&cs for a refund but cannot process it.

I am trying to return an order and the returns portal is not working. I’ve also written to the customer services email address and not heard anything back. Please Joy can you provide a phone number for customer services or another way of getting in contact. Thank you.

Returns Issue. The returns portal is not accepting my order details and after 2 emails and instagram messages I am still yet to hear back from Joy The Store. As there is no phone number to call customer services, I am at a loss as to what to do next. I would like my refund processed but have no way of sending the items back unless the company replies to my emails or messages.

Excellent website. Great service.

Great designs, great returns process and refunds as I’m between sizes and often have to send one size back.
