This is a scam, bought a Tshirt months ago, no Tshirt, no refund despite many requests. Most of the time they don’t reply to your email. I gave them one star as it’s not possible to give less. Save your money

Purchased a beautiful hummingbird purse that I have got many compliments on. I ordered 'overseas" as I am from Canada and the order arrived promptly. I've ordered 'overseas' many times from Joy with no issue. This time I recieveed the wrong order but the issue was very quickly resolved. Excellent cuistomer service!

Really lovely, flattering ditsy print dress. I get lots of wear from it, easy to style in different ways and well made.

I bought the Cathleen Summer Bloom dress and its beautiful, well made, fits perfectly. Perfect for summer.

Pleasantly surprised by the combination of price and quality.

I'm so sad about the quality of louche dresses now, they feel like the cheapest, flimsiest things with cheap zips and buttons, loose threads etc. At full price of £60-80 the quality is scandalous, that being said they have good sales so I'll only buy when things are down to £15-20 which unfortunately reflects what they're worth. Never any problem with ordering or delivery, twice though something hasn't actually been in stock and they've refunded which is a minor annoyance.

I ordered 3 items and paid for them but when the parcel arrived, it only contained one item. I am still waiting to hear whether the other 2 items (which I paid for) will be delivered.

I ordered four skirts in varying sizes and patterns. The two size 12's in different patterns but the same style were not the same size and also size 12 was too small and the 14 was too big. So unreliable sizing. You will definitely have to return items.
Also, I tried to create a return which wasn't very straightforward or easy. I naively clicked on the free postage option but realised on completion that the free option I had clicked was for store credit only. This was not made clear on the page.
So far I have emailed 4/5 times to ask them to cancel my return so I can recreate it the correct way but no one has gotten back to me.
Their online contact telephone number does not work.

They did eventually answer my email and fix the issue. I also got my refund in good time.

I had to return a couple of items and thought I would get a refund but instead, I have a credit note/Gift card which I was not expecting.

Charge postage for returns. If you have an internet shop, you must offer an appropriate returns option. Won’t buy again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received confirmation of my order and a tracking number from Royal Mail....then nothing. The tracking number from Royal Mail is no longer recognised. I have sent 3 emails to the contact us address, but no response. The Returns link, goes round in circles and I get error messages. No other way of contacting them seems possible. I needed this order 10 days ago for work. Will not be using again.

Lovely dress, speedy delivery.

I have wanted something decorated with mushrooms and toadstools for a year, but until Joy there was nothing for sale. Lovely unique bright print, and fabric feels strong. I haven’t worn it yet, but I think it will look good for any occasion.

Easy to navigate through website and place order. Had to return items which was straightforward. Good to have free delivery over £75.

I haven’t received my parcel. Was marked as delivery but I never received the coat . I’ve sent an email but I never received answer they completely ignored me. Don’t buy from them anything!
