We used JS Law for the sale and purchase in our house move. Laura Cameron was amazing. Things were dealt with quickly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She knew we were nervous (not moved house in 20 years) and she was so reassuring. I would definitely use them again if we needed to.

Whilst the firm did eventually compensate us for the huge delays, lack of communication and stress their conveyancer caused us - I still wonder how they have so many positive reviews.

You will be ignored via email, have calls go unreturned, and find yourself dealing with a tremendous amount of internal politics. It's impossible to escalate issues and even the internal team apologised for our conveyancers lack of communication and professionalism.

This firm caused us no end of stress and anxiety and we almost lost our purchase.

They have the opportunity to learn from mistakes and train their staff better so that the apparent positive experience by others is a universal experience. It's deeply unfair that some people have a smooth experience with JS Law whilst others are neglected and treated so poorly.
