Professional team, great communication.

Ruby has been our conveyancer during a house purchase. Made the process easy and explained everything in a way so we could understand. Communication was excellent with very quick reply’s to any queries we had. Very happy to use JS Law Limited. Would recommend and use them again. Thank you Ruby for all your help.

It was Kelly Hulley who consistently kept us updated and informed us. She always returned a call and was there with an explanation at all times. Her team were very helpful as well

On Monday 14th September 2026 Shaheen Chand took over my Sale and Purchase of property and 5 days later she had succesfully negotiated all the outstanding issues that had developed in approximately a 3.5 month period of 'doldrums' and brought matters to a most satisfactory conclusion.
Shaheen was polite and courteous when dealing with my case, listened very attentively to all my questions and was extremely efficient in dealing with all matters, some of which were seriously complex.
I am unaware of Shaheen's position in JS Law but I have no doubt that she is rapidly heading for a much higher position.
In my opinion Shaheen Chand IS JS Law.

The team made everything very simple throughout the process including usage of a dashboard/. Emails would come through with links whenever a task was required completion and visually you can see the progress end to end. Overall a very good service, Shriya Bhawsar made the experience simple as well with clear guidance of what was needed and we got everything finished in good time to be ahead of the rest of the chain. Overall an easy and trouble free service which is needed when buying a house!

As an Estate Agent, it can be very hard to find Property lawyers you can work well with and with Josslyn Cooper I found that Property lawyer. Josslyn was instrumental in getting the sale of my Clients property across the line. Her communication, updates and personality were superb and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Property Lawyer for either their sale and/or purchase.

Having needed to make a complaint against a known national company and finding it extremely difficult to manage not knowing all the necessary legal formalities required I requested the help of JS LAW.

the national company involved where attempting to deny fault. During the whole time, no matter whom I spoke with I could be assured of receiving the good advice needed. Am glad to announce that due to the diligence of JS Law the my case proved to be successful.
