Great service from Wolverhampton store. Boots had an issue, out of warranty but no issue, refunded and bought other boots. How problems should be addressed

Great service from these guys, online order came the after two days, which was great. Jacket and gloves as ordered, gloves, (Frank Thomas Review summer gloves), however we're a little tight. Took a ride over to the Leicester shop and the guys there sorted me out in a few minutes, brilliant service, Thanks.

Bought a new pair a gloves and i tried, but it not right for me so I go back and ask to exchange with a oder model because mi finger after used 20 mile is was white and uncomfortable. But when I been in the store they sad no, we can not escape... this is a ridiculous onestly. If I go to the shop I will expect to came back the item

Absolutely incredible customer service. There was an issue with my order, the helmet I ordered was the last in stock and on pre dispatch inspection it was found to be faulty. I was immediately contacted and they allowed me to pick a different helmet and also included a tinted visor. They kept me updated throughout the process and we're extremely helpful and friendly. The helmet and visor arrived the next day and is absolutely fantastic. I chose the Frank Thomas Alien helmet and it's incredible and very high quality.

I highly recommend J&S to anyone!!

Arrived with little or no expectation and was pleasantly surprised. She was patient, efficient and helped me get fully kitted out for my first motorbike lesson tomorrow and, as my hands were full with clothes and boots, carried my helmet to the car … just haven’t had service like that for years. Good to see some companies still employ decent staff!

Ordered an IXS 2 piece leather motorcycle suit from J&S. Really happy with it and the customer service.
Im small and small framed and ordered a 38 elsewhere assuming that it would be a bit bigger. No, the 38 drowned me. So i was looking for a childrens or small adults 36, but didnt want to order is it was going to be too big and the hassle of returning it. So i emailed the online customer support who gave me details but said that they didnt have it in the warehouse so information was scant, but it was at the Finedon store (i stay in Scotland). Emailed the Finedon store with my requests and dimensions. They were good and said that after looking at the suit, it would be perfect for my size/frame. On this advice i ordered. It arrived today. Fits well and very happy with it. Top marks for assistance and delivery. They could have said anything just to deliver and secure the sale and have my hassle to return. Will use again.

Went to J&S Wolverhampton where we have been many times and spent a lot over the years. We have built up great rapport with the staff there, who have always gone above and beyond.
Unfortunately after a recent visit, I doubt we will go again. We had 2 helmets price matched but they needed to be ordered in. They arrived just before we went away and were told they would hold them for us until we returned.
When we went to collect the order, the price had changed, the Manager refused to honour the price match and was extremely sarcastic and rude. The deputy manager who had been serving me apologised for the Managers attitude.
It takes time to build relationships with customers and the Manager managed to ruin it and lose over £800 of business for the sake of a few pounds difference!

I drove there on Tuesday last week and found the assistance really unhelpful. Wanted some Knox gloves and AA rated jeans.

Had already found my size of gloves I wanted, by the time the assistant came over, and I needed help with getting the right size jeans. Out of all the racks of jeans, he asked my size and selected one pair of Frank Thomas which were too long in the leg and the armour was below the knees. He then said they're all the same so we don't have any.

I got the message he just couldn't be bothered, so walked out without anything.

I remember about 3 years ago needing bike leathers and going to sportsbikeshop. The first pair of leathers I tried on were similar, but the assistant got several different makes to try on and I did find some that fitted great, despite all allegedly being ' the same size'.

I don't recommend J&S Birmingham to anyone.

Went in to change a helmet that I received for a birthday present in the Edinburgh store and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly of all though, they weren't pushy and let you think and make your own decision. I normally hate shopping but the environment in this shop was relaxing and I had a great experience. I ended up making a few extra purchases that I'm very happy with. Great job.

What a great experience at the Doncaster store. Leaving for a trip to the continent and last minute needed new bike pants. Doncaster had them in stock. They were kind enough to put them aside for me. Got to the store and all staff I dealt with were helpful and a pleasure to do business with

I have to tell you I am so impressed with the service I continue to receive from you and your staff. I have purchased a lot of equipment from you in the past and always been pleased with the service I have received. This last occasion with the gloves is typical. Thank you to all of you for your trouble.

£600 helmet came with a security tag on it had to remove it myself a voucher or something along them lines for the inconvenience wouldn’t of gone a miss

I went to Birmingham J&S having been highly recommended to them. From the moment I walked in through the door, I was well looked after. I was greeted by friendly staff and asked if I needed any help? Mike then helped with my helmet and gear selection, aswell as with my sons motorcycle gear. Absolutely fantastic service! With the extremely hot weather I returned today to buy a lighter jacket and was well looked after by Adam. Precise, straightforward advice on products and I would highly recommend this store to anyone new to motorcycling 💯!!! THANK YOU guys, keep up the great service!!!!! Went to the Wolverhampton store today to possibly spend £500 plus on the new helmet, but I made the mistake thinking, remember staff assist me with my purchase after waiting over half an hour. I decided they obviously didn’t want my money so I left the store. As I was leaving it looks like all the staff are stood at the till having their lunch. Perhaps it’s my fault going at the wrong time of day? I’ll spend my money elsewhere in the future. Not ones from start to finish anyone even say hello goodbye or do you need any help? Poor customer service.

Poor returns policy at the Doncaster store that apparently some of the staff are unaware of yet the manager is happy to argue about a conversation he wasn't part of. The member of staff who served me was brilliant and after voicing my concern over whether I could fit the boot under the gear lever he said I could always take them home try them on but not to walk on them and try them out.....if they're no good bring them back for a refund. I'd been out the shop for half an hour and had to return them as unsuitable to have a 10 minute conversation with staff and the manager who eventually did refund my money. Bricks and mortar retail are having a tough time of it and customer retention is paramount but sadly after being made out to be a liar it is not the way to achieve this. I'd only just bought 2 intercoms a day or so before for £240 and I like to shop locally but I'm afraid a store a mile away from my house will lose out to the internet going forward. Not good J&S not good at all.

Went to the Bristol store , purchased gloves that didnt quite meet my needs , they were super helpful and accepted a return and i purchased a better pair. Really friendly and great customer service - no complaints at all

price comparison only to a select few uk dealers, loads better offers on line, there staff lose interest very quickly when you point this out. I only use this place for sizing

I went to the J&S store Bristol on recommendation of the guys at Riders. I was looking to buy a crash helmet but had no clear idea of what I wanted.
I was helped by a member of staff named Cody. He was polite patient and helpful. Displayed a great deal of product knowledge and never led me to a specific make or model. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are looking to buy any accessories.

Popped in the the Northwich store last week and bought 2 sets off gloves and a jacket.when I returned home only then did I notice that I had been over charged £40 pounds .
I had been charged for 2 different jackets and one set off gloves
Rang the store told I had to take the items back this will cost me more in fule than the £40 they over charged me.
