Disaster experience . the deli

The worst courier ever!! My package was delayed for 5 day!!! They keep rescheduling it without checking with me. They don’t take responsibility of any delays but just rescheduling only without any reason!! Called them many times and everyone is lying it will be delivered but nothing till 24th December!!!! The worst courier company ever!!!

I had returned items,filed a returned request a week ago and driver never pick it up or called,their contact numbers are out of service,no one answers what's up and one is there to reach,worst company for delivery

This is worst company i ever touch in uae as mone order i make always under problem courier s never answering and if answering never under polite they dont care u hurry or no . i wish habe rate 0 even this is too Mich for them.but good thing in al qouz station they have one very polite man amir sohail only one he is adecvated on this company

I just want to ask didn’t see like that company for delivery first off all mention mobile no no one answer and I didn’t reach them in any where like WhatsApp or call and when delivery boy came even he didn’t call when I m trying to call he is not answering even didn’t answer on WhatsApp is that company even local company r not doing like sache a rubbish things please don’t deal with that company at any cost

I have shipment from Shein with the j&t express team for 2 days and no body contacted me I tried to call them and I raised ticket but no follow up at all, and delivery team posted on the tracking details that they couldn't deliver it due to unreachable contact number! Just big liars! Really shame on you j&t express

Made an order from Temu that arrived the next day. J&T had one job - just deliver the item to the customer. Not only did they get that part wrong, but the driver assigned to deliver my parcel was obviously deluded or not in his right state of mind. First, he whatsapps me to ask me for my location. I give it to him along with clear instructions (i literally took a pictures and used red tonmark exactly where to go). Then he asks again. I give it to him again. Then he shows up 6 hours later and says im outside - come pick up your package. I come outside and the guy just stands there onnhis phone. I say "hello? My package?" Je stands some more looking at his phone and says wait. I literally waited for 5 minutes while this guy scrolled through his feeds. I was so taken aback that I was like "yo!! My package!" This guy tjen jumps back into his van, reverses (tires skidding) and speeds away not even stopping for the speedbump while I stood by baffled. I called customer service and asked if someone else will be delivering my package and they assured me that someone would redeliver the package tomorrow. Of course, nobody showed up. I checked the status of my delivery online and it provided the number of the delivery man. I called him to ask if he would be coming by today and he asked me to send him my location. I did - yet another no show. So I called customer service and my call was received by someone who could barely speak two words of English. I asked where my order is, read out my tracking number to her several times over, and all she said was "today". I asked her to clarify if she meant i would be receiving my package today and she repeated "todayy". Well, today has come and gone and still no package. What a nightmare!

difficulties communicating with customer service over the phone no one answered or deadline numbers.
Drivers do not answer calls or messages after setting a delivery date, which causes the customer to be confused or sometimes they leave the package in front of the door over the street , The shipment was poorly packaged.

I bought online and they use JT express. I rang up merchant and they experdite asap in system early morning day 1. Then I called jt express and they said will pick up from merchant on that day 1 too. Day 2 system showed still didnt pick up and I called early morning and they said the same will pick up on that day too. But day 3 system still showed no pick up and i called and they replied the same. I only received a week later when they promised delivery 2 to 5 business day although they claimed 6 days work. The reception also not very polite.

Worst delivery company ever. Never have a not encounter an issue. Every single time. Custumer service is horrible as well. Disgusting company.

Poor Service,Bad Delivery. They just leave your order outside the door without informing or calling you. They will just message that it was signed for even no one receive it. Customer Service is not helpful as well. This is the 2nd time. I did not comment before. But this time its very upsetting

My shipment reference JTE400039142321 , my shipment already arrived in Qatar dated 14th August 2025 and 15th August 2025 delivery couriers took my shipment for delivery but till today I didn't received shipment, every day new person asking location after nothing, I wondering every evening they are putting reason customer not available. I'm trying to call customer services numbers but no one responding,I felt so bad and unprofessional. I recommended please avoid such useless company. Thanks

The delivery guy called me around 10:40pm for delivery asking me to send him the location on WhatsApp which I don't use. I told him that I don't use it, and I used normal SMS messages in all previous deliveries without any issue.

He called the company and told him that it is accepted BUT he needs a photo of my identity card (SSN and DoB will be exposed) which was never asked before in all previous deliveries.

I shared the address through WhatsApp and over an hour has passed and he didn't read the address and never answered if he will do the delivery today or not.

WhatsApp is for family and friends not for random people. I care about privacy so I don't use it. Also, asking to take a photo of the Identity Card is no way accepted and should be a RED flag.

I want jt express to replace my metal detector taken by your courier rider who just resigned from his job .hmmm must have a guilty conscience. I'm going to visit your Toledo depot to sort this out .I want my detector replaced .as I've paid for it allready .cu soon .

The worst courier service existing in the world!!! One star is too much for rating them. There is no way you can reach them to enquire about a package, phone number not connected, free toll not working, no replies on my WhatsApp messages. Their courier agents delivering my package failed to deliver once, another courier agent assigned for delivery but not responding to messages or calls. I’m still waiting for my package after 3 days from its arrival to their premises. A total disgrace, I do not understand how people can trust this company. I am expecting to receive my package in the worst condition due to the extreme heat here in Dubai. Shame on you J&T…

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service received, particularly the discourteous behavior exhibited by the delivery staff.

One of the worst shipping companies in the world. I contacted customer service to link my website with their company to ship my products through them. The response was that I would be contacted on my phone number, but no one called me back. When I contacted them to get the order number that was forwarded to the sales department to contact me, the customer service employee closed the conversation with me and I did not receive any information. Disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. A completely unprofessional company.
Dear customer, stay away from this failed company. Don't waste your time and effort.

من أسوء شركات الشحن بالعالم تم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لربط موقعي على النت مع شركاتهم ليتم شحن منتجاتي من خلالهم, تم الرد سوف سيتم التواصل معي علي رقم تليفوني و لم يتصل بي أحد و عندما تواصلت معهم للحصول علي رقم الطلب الذي تم رفعه إلي قسم المبيعات حتي يتم التواصل معي قام موظف خدمة العملاء بغلق المحادثة معي و لم أحصل علي أي إفادة، قل احترام، قلة ذوق، عدم مهنية شركة غير مهنيا بالمرة.
عزيز العميل أبتعد عن هذه الشركة الفاشلة لا تخسر وقتك و جهدك.

I am waiting for my courier from last one week, when I am available on the same place delivery person not coming. Then I am telling deliver to my accommodation after 5 o clock, he is telling too much rush. If you want to die of blood pressure or heart attack please go for j&t otherwise no need to select. My parcel no. Is Sj01-Sj001-028. If anyone from J&t help me, I will appreciate
