These were my favourites, simple to prepare and great tasting. Now you end up with mixture stuck everywhere, there is no taste of cinnamon and they fall apart. Jusrol cannot have done any market testing before rolling out this new version. Will not buy again.

Please go back to original recipe for your Shortcrust pastry. It is horrible, hard when cooked, and tastes of nothing. Also I will not buy products with Palm fat/oil in them.

Cinnamon swirls no longer cinnamon - used to be a regular weekend breakfast treat. No longer since the New Recipe, which you have to assemble - all I can say is WHY? Sadly won't be buying them anymore after having them for many years - missing them dreadfully 😪

Used to be a brilliant treat… now is a punishment! Used to be simple to make and received a brilliant swirl for breakfast… now it’s an absolute chore to make and get a substandard cinnamon swirl. Outside burns, inside is raw, overall lacks in failure - the perfect example of a business cutting costs at the expense of product quality.

Wish I could give zero. What an awful decision to change the recipe. I will no longer buy any of your products if this is what can be expected in the future

Utterly ruined Christmas morning breakfast! For years now we have bought the cinnamon swirls & the pain au chocolats to quickly make up & throw in the oven ready to eat for a lovely Christmas morning breakfast...so I was a bit miffed to open the swirls & find out that I had to all but make them from scratch, it was also even worse finding out they tasted nothing like we were previously used to, which was beautiful cinnamon rolls. These new ones don't taste of cinnamon & the pastry is terrible, the same with pain au chocolats, which puffed up so much then deflated. Definitely won't be buying again, which is truly a shame as they were accidentally vegan so a lovely little treat without me having to do it all myself, which I will now just start doing again.

Christmas morning in our house starts with plates of cinnamon swirls and pan au chocolat.
Well that won't be happening again. The swirls are a complete faff to make. The result is not worth the effort. They were awful.
Don't they read reviews.
And who were the products tested on?

Rebrand, now not nut safe and bakes awful.
Why change it??!!!

Just-rol cinammon swirls - gone from convenient, quick and tasty to difficult, time-consuming and unpleasant - congratulations!

How dreadful the new Cinnamon Rolls are. What was once a delightful morning treat, simple to cook and eagerly awaited are just foul.

Not only do we have additional non recyclable plastic to bin, containing "the filling" (which doesn't taste of cinnamon, just a plasticky chocolate flavour), you now have to spread this on yourself, then re roll the pastry, but the look of the fininshed product does look like the opposite end of a dog's dinner.

How this got thrugh any sort of quality control or customer feedback is beyond me. So sad, we as a family won't be buying again.

Avoid at all costs!

My kids loved these before. Now they are disgusting to prepare and not much better to eat. I only gave one star so i could write the review.

I was excited to find a pie crust that did not have lard in it. However, upon baking an apple pie with these pie crusts, we smelled an unscented wax-like crayon smell wafting through the air. And sure enough, when we finally were able to taste it, it also tasted waxy and dry. So unfortunately, I will not be buying this product again.

The new improved cinnamon swirls are terrible, so hard to cut and fall apart when cooked even if you roll them tightly before baking.
The taste is not very cinnamon any more.
Extremely disappointing.
I won't buy them again which is a real shame.

How to turn a great product into a way worse one. Well done on making everything way worse. Including the extra plastic package for the spread. Just what the world needs. More plastic waste.
Who's idea was it to change. They should be fired. Definitely not improved shouldn't cinnamon rolls taste of well cinnamon.
Utterly gross to look at an even more disgusting to eat.
Why fix what wasn't broken.
Do not buy.

You have killed Christmas with the new cinnamon swirl first if took ten min to get into it ! second what the f the paste is disgusting three have they sacked half the work force who put the filling in ? Won’t be buying again going to marks for a better experience

These used to be a quick and easy treat. It's now more fiddly and messy. It's really difficult now you have to put the cinnamon spread on yourself and cutting the sticky pastry is difficult. They do not taste the same as before. Why has this changed when it worked so well before. I will not be buying these again.

Used to get these for the caravan because they were easy to make. Cinnamon was already spread in the pastry. Now it's too much trouble and mess for caravan. Won't buy in future, unless they make the way they used to.

Jus-rol cinnamon swirls. I used to purchase these regularly and love them. There is now a new recipe, which involves much more work, and which results in a poor tasting messy looking cinnamon swirl. It takes far longer to prepare and bake. Instead of popping a tin and cutting into slices and cooking, you now have to pop the tin and take the dough out, and unroll it, and spread a chocolate-like spread on the dough, and then roll it back up. The dough is a different consistency and difficult to handle and almost impossible to cut evenly into slices. Product now contains more packaging, and created more washing up as the product creates more mess when being prepared. The cinnamon swirls baked unevenly and did not taste as nice as the previous recipe. Will not be buying these again. This used to be a convenience product that was easy to make and tasted good. This is now no longer the case.

FIRSTLY TO TELL EVERYONE READING THIS I HAVE COMPLAINED TO JUS-ROL ABOUT THEIR "NEW" CINNAMON SWIRLS. TO TELL THEM THEY ARE DISGUSTING. THE REPLY SAID IT WOULD PASS ON MY COMMENTS TO THE REVELANT DEPARTMENT AND THE NEW PRODUCT HAD BEEN CONSUMER TESTED. I PICKED THESE UP FROM THE SUPERMARKET NOT REALISING IT WAS A NEW "IMPROVED VERSION".
O M G FROM WHAT USED TO BE A DELICIOUS QUICK TASTY BREAKFAST TREAT. I HAD TO UNROLL A STICKY DOUGH THEN SPREAD WITH SOME DISGUSTING BROWN PASTE FROM A PLASTIC TUB, THEN ROLL THIS STICKY MESS AND THEN TRY TO CUT THIS GLOOPY TACK INTO SWIRLS THAT COOKED OR SHOULD I SAY BURST. THE SMELL WAS AWFULL AND THE TASTE I COULD NOT PUT A DESCRIPTION TO IT, VILE. NOW THERES THE EXTRA PLASTIC TUB TO DISPOSE OF. WHO ON EARTH CAME UP WITH THIS PRODUCT? THEY CERTAINLY HAVE A PROBLEM AND KNOW IDEA WHAT CONSUMERS WANT. GO BACK TO THE OLD STYLE SWIRLS. WHY CHANGE SOMETHING THAT IS GOOD AND CUSTOMERS WILL BUY TO THIS VILE DISGUSTING RUBBISH IN A BOX.

Ruined a great product. If it isn't broken don't fix it. This cost saving will be an expensive one for them!
